Michael is so easy to work with, he even took last minute flower add-ons for us before the wedding. We have received so many compliments from our guests of what a great job our florist did. My favorite thing Michael did for us was use his birch arbor decorated with white hydrangeas for the ceremony. Thank you Michael for making our day so special!

use for our wedding. Since we live several hours away from the area, we had many email communications and phone calls to figure out our flower plan. Michael was so helpful in suggesting which flowers would be best and even went above and beyond by giving us a list of flowers and staying with us on the phone while we googled a picture of it so we could see. The prices are great and he works with you to really make sure you are happy with the flower plan. I brought him a lavender sash that my mom had for her wedding and he was able to incorporate it in my wedding by using it to wrap my bridal bouquet. He provided arrangements for the arbor in our ceremony and customized an arrangement for our welcome sign as well. The bouquets (including a unique flower crown for my little sister) all looked fantastic and were sized perfectly. Thank you Michael for providing a couple who know nothing about flowers, with the most beautiful flowers and combinations we could’ve imagined for our wedding day!

s so easy to work with! We made our floral plan together over the phone, speaking once 6-8 months before the meeting and again 1 month before the wedding. Any other communication took place over e-mail. Michael had great ideas and was receptive to our modifications. For our wedding, we had bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, seeded eucalyptus for the ceremony arch, centerpieces, and foliage for the fireplaces. Pricing was reasonable and the flowers perfectly fit the color scheme and occasion. We highly recommend House of Flowers, especially for a wedding at Woodloch Resort!

My fiance and I decided early on that we wanted to be creative and unique, and were nervous that we wouldn’t find a florist that matched our ambition... and we were so lucky to find that Michael was exactly like us! When we asked him to build custom flower boxes for our tables, he didn’t blink an eye. When I requested 200 paper lanterns and Boston ferns hung from the rafters, he was not only accommodating, but truly excited to execute the plan. His floral arrangements were breathtaking, and the reception as a whole was simply gorgeous. Not only that, but Michael was fun to work with, and with his talented artistic eye, we could easily explain a vision and then let him take over. A million thanks to Michael and his team for creating the wedding of our dreams!

I love how you can use his budget on the website to find exactly what you are looking for to help you stay at a cost you are comfortable with. Everything Michael designed for our wedding was beautiful. He even created my grandmother, who is allergic to many fresh flowers, a gorgeous corsage of silk flowers. Michael is great at making his brides feel special and I just loved working with him. He does a great job at a great price! We were so happy with all of his work!

ur initial meeting excited and confident that he was going to deliver with everything we had asked of him. Throughout the 10 months after our meeting, Michael kept in touch with us and updated us on what he was doing, and even told us how excited he was to do our wedding and how important it was to him that he got it right. When the day of the wedding arrived, my mom and I were so overwhelmed by the out of this world work he did. Not only did Michael understand our vision, but he perfectly executed it and went above and beyond anything we could have ever expected. The flowers literally took my breath away...I was absolutely amazed at explosion of colors that we saw everywhere we turned, which is exactly what I wanted. My mom gave him a very big task of creating a 6 foot centerpiece to be placed outside of our reception room, and it didn't intimidate Michael at all, if anything it made him even more excited. He looked at everything we asked of him as a fun adventure, and he delivered exactly what he said he would, and more. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a florist in his area. Our day would not have been the same without him!

and overall I think he did a great job with the centerpieces and the bridal party's flowers. Maybe a pickier bride can give Michael more specific instructions, I didn't and I was still happy with what he came up with. In retrospect, I would opt for a lighter, smaller bouquet (since you carry it around for about 6 hours!) but the one he prepared for me was absolutely beautiful so I can't complain! He even gave me a free centerpiece for the sweetheart table and when I needed the bouquets earlier than planned due to photographers' request, he rushed them to my lodge. I got to finally meet him, give him a kiss and photograph with him :) Overall, if you're on a tight budget and you want to deal with a genuine, friendly professional who is a pleasure to work with, I'd highly recommend Michael. He is a true gentleman and that is not an easy quality to find these days!
