“Best Wedding food I’ve ever had” best quote of the night from a family member from Chicago who has lived all over the world! Hugh’s has served our family well over the years in our homes but they out did themselves at our daughters outdoor evening reception with no kitchen available. They simply brought their own with them. Pam McEwen is wonderful to work with, honest and helpful. The chefs, bar tenders and servers were great…and oh, the food was amazing! Thank you all for making it an amazing night!

What can we say about Hugh’s Catering, their entire team and the incomparable Pam MacEwen that has already been said? From the initial call with Pam, we knew we were in great hands. She made the entire process of planning our menu and fitting to our budget an absolute pleasure. Pam and her team crafted the perfect meal for our wedding. If there was one unanimous comment from all of our guests, it was how delicious the entire meal was - from the spa water at the ceremony, to the champagne welcome, to the sublime hors d’oerves to our sit down, starter salad to the buffet and carving station assembled. Everyone was absolutely perfect. Oh, and we can’t forget the Ice Cream Sundae station. Pure perfection. My husband and I were unable to afford a wedding planner for our event and Pam filled that void beautifully. Everything ran smoothly and on time and efficiently. Pam is a superstar. A once in a lifetime master that saves a wedding from ultimate destruction. We couldn’t be more vocal in our beliefs that without Pam by our side, we wouldn’t have ended up having a wedding. She is a Godsend and we feel fortunate enough, through this process, to call her our friend. If you have the privilege of Hugh’s catering your next event, do it. Life is too short to not to eat great food.

Five stars for Hugh's Catering! They are the BEST! Hugh's catered my backyard wedding in December of 2016. The food and service was terrific.. great staff. They certainly are experienced in catering as they were at my home on time handling the set up of the tables, linens, chairs, bar, etc like an precision of military troops. At the end of the night everything was tidy and no trace of a party was left behind. ALSO, the food was excellent from the appetizers to the plated dinner. EXCELLENT! I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND HUGH'S FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT.
