t waffles with frozen chicken. The $150 “ice cream bar” was Great Value brand ice cream served right out of the carton- I only saw this in photos because they left earlier than agreed upon claiming the ice cream was melting, so I didn’t even get to see it let alone have any ice cream. I saw some reviews after we had committed mentioning that the tasting wasn’t the same product as the day of the event, and I started to worry but was wondering if it was just people with excessively high expectations. It turned out they were right. The food isn’t the most important thing to me as a wedding guest so even as a bride it didn’t ruin the day or anything, but I was very disappointed that what we had at our tasting wasn’t what was served at our wedding.

still rave about how great the food was and the service of her team. Highly recommend her mashed potatoes and the steak with chimichurri sauce. If you are looking for a wonderful caterer who puts their heart and soul into their food DON"T LOOK ANY FURTHER, Tammy is your person.

appetizers and buffet selections were all amazing, all of our guests were very impressed with the huge selection. The food and service was excellent. They took care of EVERYTHING and we didn't have to do a thing. Thank you so much for helping to make our special day so memorable and perfect!

g. We met up 4 times to go over the menu which the possibilities are endless! My fiancé and I even got to meet her husband Win who was just as helpful. My cousin is getting married in a month and I wouldn’t let her use anyone other than IN THE KITCHEN. Don’t shop around...BOOK HER NOW!

ece of Shrimp in a cream cheese dill filled wonton. What I got was an unpeeled shrimp with feet and tarter sauce poured over it. Her response was, well In the contract it states things are subject to change! (I must also add it wasn’t just that shrimp but all of them were unpeeled) The next thing I asked for was our plate for the bridal party before we got introduced. One of her employees brought me a plate with 6 apps on it, which definitely wouldn’t feed a bridal party of 10. The tatter tots were cold, like really cold. Next I got a cold meatball in a green sauce (it was supposed to be tomato sauce). I just said forget it!!!! When it was time for dinner my husband and I were severed the driest roast beef (it was shredded and I was expecting rosemary crusted sliced beef) chicken that looked like it had some kind of pink sauce on it and it was supposed to be chicken parm!! Has she ever seen chicken parm before?? Oh wait yeah she has, she made it for us at our taste testing!!! Next was the mashed potatoes, they were definitely box!! It was supposed to a mashed potato bar. She had great value tub of sour cream out, bacon, bag shredded cheese (because you saw the white coating on it) and Flavored butters. Last thing I need to say about her cooking was pretzels we ordered to be put out before she left so people would have a late night snack, they were dry and crumbled in your mouth. I definitely do not recommend her.

od was luke-warm at best, and the soft pretzels tasted like cardboard. No hairnets, no gloves for food prep, and almost everything came out of a Great Value brand bag or box. After seeing the owner resort to comments like "go blow" and "hillbilly wedding" after cancelling last minute and providing a sub-par service I can see why they were removed from the venue's "preferred vendors" list.

er, I have asked her to change something to suit my picky preferences and always with a smile, she does what I have asked. The results have always been incredible. Her creative menu is amazing and everyone that I have served her food to has been more than pleased with the items that I have gotten. Over the course of the last couple years, I have known her professionally and personally. You will never meet a more dedicated person to satisfy your needs than Tammy. Thank you so much, I can't wait to renew my vows and have her cater the wedding of my dreams.

top notch food and the staff was very comfortable in there roles. Highly recommend!!

ay for coffee was left in the plastic container purchased from the grocery store. Nacho Cheese was left out all day for the late night pretzel bar not properly contained in ice/warmer. TFor the buffet dinner everything was cold. Chicken parm that was more like boiled chicken with watery sauce. The potatos were obviously instant. I approached the owner to convey my concerns and was dismissed and scoffed away very abruptly and with no sign of customer service strengths or care. strongly do NOT recommend. I was unable to eat, the food was cold and not properly warmed.

y. Tammy also took the time after to walk us through our selected options as well as how the flow of the day will go and answered all our questions. From the tasting alone, I feel even more relaxed and confident that the food will be exceptional and Tammy and her staff will be wonderful the day of our wedding.
