Starting in 2014, Markham and Fitz have been making high quality, ethically sourced, bean to bar chocolate in the beautiful Northwest of Arkansas. Expanding their operation in late 2017, they began using their chocolate to make their own unique confections, baked goods, and drinks. They turn their chocolates into everything from cake, to hot chocolate, to truffles, and, of course, chocolate chip cookies! You can find them in their dessert bar and factory in the 8th Street Market in Bentonville, on social media, or online!
