ck when the pandemic seemed like it would be over in a few weeks. Looking back, I’m so glad we chose to work with PWAT over any of the other caterers we considered. Why? For SO MANY reasons!! 1) Chef Nat’s flexibility. When we decided to consider a 30-person backyard wedding instead of a 120-person event, Nat was super flexible and happy to continue working with us. When other caterers might have balked, she modified our contract to suit our needs and immediately shared ideas on how to best use our limited backyard space and make it beautiful. 2) Chef Nat’s can-do attitude! We live out of state, and haven’t been able to travel home to PA during the pandemic until recently. By the time we had made it home and self-isolated for 2 weeks, we only had a few days left in our visit. To accommodate our wish to do a socially distanced tasting, Chef Nat CAME TO MY BACKYARD with a mini kitchen setup and tons of prepared ingredients, and cooked everything in front of us! We got to enjoy Nat’s fabulous culinary expertise (and delightful company) in the comfort of our own backyard. She even plated everything beautifully (flowers, sauce drizzles, adorable tiny spoons) to give us the full experience. It must have taken her hours to prepare that setup, but she made it happen so that we could taste our menu during our brief visit home. Plus, she had prepared dishes to accommodate the dietary restrictions on our guest list. She absolutely WOWED us, and we had so much fun getting to know her! 3) Chef Nat’s creativity. While we loved the station-style menus PWAT offered initially, many options were off the table due to guests’ dietary restrictions. When we weren’t jazzed about everything on our menu, Nat asked us what we would be excited about. A few days later she presented a totally new menu that we were absolutely salivating over! 4) Chef Nat’s secure COVID-19 protocols. After watching Nat prepare our menu and hearing about how she has been making things work during the pandemic, I trust in her ability to safely cater our wedding next spring, even if the pandemic is still going strong. Pandemic wedding planning can be stressful, but working with Nat has been an absolute pleasure. Basically, if you’re worried about choosing a caterer during a global pandemic, PWAT is the way to go. Or, if you’re not worried, PWAT is still the way to go!

ackyard last minute, so we needed catering very last minute, and PWAT was willing and accommodating to work with us under a tight timeframe, and I’m SO glad they did. If we had our original dream wedding I would have 100% wanted to book them anyway. They completely made the night with high quality delicious horderves and dinner plus amazing bartender service. From my first interaction requesting a quote, Jeremy was super responsive getting back to me right away, and was willing to work within our budget. He asked all the right questions to get a feel for what we were looking for in terms of food style and pricing. They had such an expansive menu offering, everything looked so good, it was hard to choose! He showed me pictures of their custom hand crafted wood bar that they use for catered events and that was so impressive and beautiful, I knew that would be a statement piece for our backyard wedding reception. Then there’s Chef Nat, who was also extremely responsive when crafting our menu, and offering so so many delicious and upscale menu options. She handled everything impeccably on our wedding day. She made sure the servers filled the champagne glasses we wanted, set the place settings exactly as we discussed, set up their full outdoor kitchen to perfectly cook everything and served all food timely and professionally for an amazing evening. Chef Nat is such a sweetheart, I had such an easy time talking with her. I can tell how kind, caring, and passionate she is about her business. I want to hire them for any and all my future events!

in a lot of effort to make my vision and budget work. I did not want the traditional catered meal and Chef Nat brainstormed with me on the phone and in emails to create something I was happy about. She was so easy to talk to and understanding as we created a menu from scratch. She provided several different menu options with different price points and was willing to accommodate any need that I mentioned. This company is prompt, professional, and attentive to detail. I confidently recommend them to brides with a traditional vision or creative vision. Chef Nat always had quick responses, showed care for her craft, and made the whole process stress-free. I did not look into the company's other offerings, but for catering, they were excellent. Much kinder than other caterer's I contacted. While I wasn't able to follow through with their services, I felt completely confident that Chef Nat would treat the event with utmost importance. Check them out!

. Jeremy was a huge help, he actually helped us find our amazing venue and photographer! Natalie has been a great support during these crazy times, she even came to our home and performed our tasting on our back deck!!! It was so laid back, she answered my million and one questions, and we chatted like girlfriends! We cannot wait for our big day, so glad we chose Philly with a Twist!!
