Our guests still rave about how good the food was (especially the wild mushroom risotto!). Sondra and Katerina were excellent event coordinators. They made my husband and I feel like celebrities and attended to our every need. Everything was perfect. I still remember how my bridesmaids were all stunned when they walked in and saw how lovely everything was - staircase, chandeliers, everything was perfect.

So the only extra items my husband and I really needed to provide were centerpieces and entertainment for our guests! We worked with Sondra and she was an absolute dream. She was very responsive with every question we had. She also made sure our guests with food allergies had suitable options for their dinners too! stonwood does their own catering, so that saved us a lot of time and hassle in looking for other vendors. And the food (AND CAKE) was delicious - we still get compliments about the food a month and a half later! And the cake. In all the weddings I've been to, the cake has never been that good, but this is not the case here. They packed up the first and second layer of the cake for us to bring home, and that second layer was instantly eaten by our family. Honestly - great food! And last, but certainly not least, Sondra was amazing. She's the event coordinator there and truly is the one that allowed the reception to run smoothly. She was very accommodating towards me and the bridal party, making sure we were alright and staying hydrated. Definitely wouldn't have made it through the long day (and all the stress of planning) without her! Overall, the service here was spectacular. My husband and I went around visiting tables right after the food was starting to get served, so we got back to our head table after the entrees had been brought out to everyone else. The staff was very attentive to when we got back to our seats, and waited until then to serve us our dinner so that it didn't get cold. Our guests also had nothing but good words about their experience at the reception. Truly a fantastic evening!

including the director, everything that was told to us in the first meeting seemed as though it went out the window and no one remembered saying such things. pricing was not able to be honored, we weren't allowed to sign a contract until the chef changed his pricing, our date all of a sudden wasn't available because of a corporate event even though we were giving them 2 years notice. it was a waste of time to really have the second meeting because nothing got done but it was an eye opener for sure. as much as I love the venue I don't like the service we were given and that we felt only like a number to them.

, understanding, accommodating, and really made our special day the best. We had ~150 guests and the ballroom was the perfect space for the guests, a dance floor and a full band. Would recommend to anyone!

But, what you can't see simply by visiting is just how wonderful the staff there happen to be. From the first time meeting Joey Nortridge (our Prestonwood assigned wedding venue coordinator), we knew the day would be wonderful. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and kept things real the entire time. He kept me stress free throughout, thought of every detail, and made sure our reception was exactly what we wanted. He was incredibly accommodating for visits to the site, tastings, and answered any and all questions with punctuality and in a way that kept a sometimes anxious bride calm :) He listened to what we envisioned as well as what we dreamed of and took things one step further (somehow I ended up with this incredible chocolate peanut butter cake layer which was not originally in the pastry chefs list of flavors!) to really perfect the day. Our meal and cake were absolutely incredible. Both the chef and the pastry chef worked with us to create hors d'oeuvres, a main course, and a wedding cake that were out of this world. As if that was not enough, the wait staff itself was also incredible. We had our own waiter who kept a close eye on my husband and I and made sure we ate according to schedule. He also took care of my parents at the table next to us. It was so nice to not have to think at all on our wedding day! Choosing the Prestonwood was one of the best decisions I made after saying "yes" to my now husband. It was truly a "dream come true" venue for our reception.

Joey was there to work with my wedding planner and everything flowed so smoothly! The food was AWESOME! My guests are still talking about how delicious and fresh the food was, and it's been almost 3 weeks now! I can't say enough about how wonderful everything went with Prestonwood, how great the food was, how awesome the staff was towards us, how reliable the servers were, how everything just came together perfectly! I'd recommend this country club to everyone! Thanks again Joey and Prestonwood Country Club for helping make our day a day that we, nor our guests, will ever forget!

t service. Our director, Christine, was beyond helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the whole process. She responded to emails and phone calls quickly and helped make some big decisions easy. The day of the wedding when I saw Christine it felt like a ton of bricks went off my shoulders because I knew she would make it happen the way I wanted it and she didn’t disappoint. Whatever I asked she made happen!! The staff at Prestonwood are beyond amazing. Our waiter was Lineman and he was absolutely fabulous I highly recommend him. Our drinks were never empty or warm, our plate of food was made for us, and we had a very nice to go plate to take with us. He made us feel like a king and queen for the night as well as my parents, which means even more to me. The food and cake were the best I have ever had. I still have guests come to me and tell me how awesome our food was and that the staff were so helpful!! I would highly recommend Prestonwood to any bride. I have not one complaint or regret with my venue!! They were top notch and make the wedding planning process so easy!!

-blowing. Our coordinator was Sondra Johnstone - she is professional, caring and really takes the time to get to know you. You can tell she has been doing this for a long time as she is so calm and detail-oriented. We also interacted with the other two coordinators, Joey and Christine, on many occasions and they were both great. The food and cake are amazing, and the chefs make sure that the bride and groom and the wedding party get to eat (which is very important!), even putting a separate tray of appetizers in the bridal suite for the bride and groom to munch on while the guests were enjoying the cocktail hour! I really can't say enough about Prestonwood. The venue is obviously breathtaking, but the staff really took our wedding to the next level! We will recommend Prestonwood Country Club to brides and grooms for the rest of our lives!

not have been more impressed. Our food was excellent, the room was set-up exactly how I wanted it, and the entire venue was a hit with our guests. PWCC also provided our wedding cake and my husband's groom's cake. Both were amazing and were made exactly how we specified. We were able to do a food tasting and a cake tasting, and both the pastry chef and head chef were fantastic. Just cannot say enough great things about PWCC!

the clubhouse, which is a little smaller, but still gorgeous. There are floor to ceiling windows looking out at the golf course all along one wall. The venue is so beautiful that we did not have to do much to it. The food was absolutely amazing, and the tasting was one of our favorite parts of the planning process. The cake is included, and the pastry chef did an outstanding job with that as well. Everyone there was very professional, especially our contact, Christine. She made the planning process so easy and was always available to answer questions. Our guests commented on how beautiful it was, how wonderful the food was and how friendly everyone was. If I was going to do it all again, this would be my first choice of venue again.

You can tell the second you walk in that Prestonwood Country Club is just a first class venue with all mahogany and white marble, a giant crystal chandelier, wrap around patio overlooking the golf course and a double staircase in the front of the room. They were very easy to work with. Whatever I wanted or whatever I needed help with I just had to ask and it was done. I worked with Sondra, who helped us set up first thing in the morning and was marking sure everything went smoothly until the last moment of the night.

e phone. She was fantastic, answered all my questions and assured me that Prestonwood would be able to put on an Indian wedding that would be both traditional and a fun party. She kept close to my parents (I live in California) over the 5 months of planning, and was able to find solutions to all our questions. With any Indian wedding where the catering is done in house, we were a bit worried about the food. However, Chef Pete did an exemplary job, and impressed all our guests and made lifelong fans out of my Mom and Dad. The day of the event ran perfectly, and the staff was super. We didn't use an external wedding coordinator and had minimal decor. But, no one would have guessed from how smoothly and beautifully everything ran. We just received the bill today, and there were zero surprises, all costs were aligned with the initial quote from Sondra. I cannot say enough good things about Prestonwood and its staff. They ensured my wedding day was stress-free, fun and memorable for all the right reasons.

He was so laid back and cool about everything that I had no doubt that everything would go as planned. We had both the ceremony and reception in the grand ballroom which was so nice for all of our guests to not have to drive to a separate location. One of the main things everyone raved about the wedding was the food. The food was delicious! It was so much more than your typical wedding food. Everything was outstanding. The wedding cake was also done by the Club and was included in the total price for the reception. The cake was so delicious. I am looking so forward to eating the top tier of the cake that I am not sure if I can wait until my one year anniversary. I would highly recommend considering Prestonwood Country Club for your wedding. It is a wonderful venue and the staff make sure your wedding day is absolutely perfect!

The place is absolutely breath taking! No need for extra decorations other than flowers, so that saves you money right there! They have the most knowledgable and experienced staff there as well. You're in great hands with Joey who will walk you through the whole process. It's like having a wedding planner but not having to pay for one! He's so helpful and I know it made me less stressed to know he was on it! Plus, Chef Pete and his team can cook the heck out of some food! Chef Pete also kicks kitchen butt and made us a stunning AND delish cake!! The wait staff is VERY friendly and attentive, no worries about your guests- they too are in good hands there! No joke, we are still getting comments from our friends and guests about how awesome our wedding was! Now that's priceless!! :)
