We had seen Rachael's work and been very impressed so we knew that we wanted her to do our wedding. We were planning on getting married out of town but luckily she agreed to travel for a reasonable cost.
We used her for our engagement sessi...on, wedding, and "flaunt the dress" and were extremely happy with the results from all of them.
She loves to shoot outdoors which is perfect for us because we love the outdoors and had some spectacular back drops for our photos.
For weddings, she brings another photographer so that there's two at all times. We loved this because they could split up if necessary and we got shots of the same things at different angles during our ceremony.
The only downside to Rachael in our opinion is that she's pretty pricy compared to other photographers that we got quotes from. I felt like I couldn't get everything I wanted because I couldn't justify spending any more money. However, we decided that the photos are the one thing that's going to last forever and were willing to put the extra money in. The pictures were all spectacular and I'm sure that we'll be glad we made this decision for years to come.
