Kristie did an amazing job for my wedding on 12.30.22. We wanted a small intimate ceremony and reception with around 40 people. She was our day-of-coordinator and did a fabulous job! She was organized and contacted all of the vendors prior to our wedding day to confirm times and provide contact information. She helped my vision come alive on the day of the wedding. She even took extra pictures and sent them to me since my husband and I were busy mingling and dancing. There is no way the day would have gone as smoothly without her. I would highly recommend her as a wedding coordinator!

Hiring a planner is the best thing you can do when navigating your wedding! Kristie was a stress lifesaver - quick to answer emails, willing to meet vendors with us, knowledgeable and patient during the entire planning process. We were able to enjoy our wedding day knowing that she was taking care of the details! She took care of us like we were family.

Kristie is amazing!! My now wife and I thought that we would try and take on all of the wedding responsibilities on our own but it became overwhelming so we reached out to Kristie with Scarlett Rae Events and that could not have been a better decision. As soon as we got off of the phone with her the first time we felt so relieved. She was very knowledgeable, patient, inquisitive, and so thorough! Right after our call she wanted all of the vendors we had already signed contracts with and their contact information so she could contact them all letting them know that she was the point of contact moving forward so we weren't inundated with phone calls and/or emails from them. This was so helpful because it streamlined everything. Instead of getting a bunch of different messages from them we would get one call, email, or text from Kristie with what she needed from us and then she would go back to them. It was the best! As for the day of the wedding...again, the best!! She organized everything! She was all over the venue checking with the vendors that they were there on time and set up on time. She made the day run perfectly!! We will refer everyone and anyone to her!

Kristie was phenomenal at coming up with plenty of unique ideas. She is great at responding quickly, was very personable, and so professional throughout all of the planning. I was worried when it started to drizzle at our wedding but rest assured, she brought out plenty of tents to keep everyone dry! The wedding was perfect! Thank you so much Kristie Mann!
