If I could give this company a negative five star review, I would. The didn't show up when they said they would, the never called when they said they would, they showed up with orange flowers when my colors were purple and grey, they are ve...ry unprofessional, and they have no clue how to organize and run a proper business.
It took them three months to call me after taking my $300 nonrefundable deposit, even after I had called and left several messages. They are very unprofessional and have to talk your ear off about their health problems any time you do speak with them. They say they'll call you back, but never do.
They are judgemental and rude. For example, when I told them what I wanted, the two ladies would always tell you why it isn't a good idea and how you should do it. It is fine to give advice and opinions, but they should never shut you down and not let you have creative control over your event.
They told me they would show up at 8am on my wedding day to setup. The guy showed up the night before and drove through the middle of my rehearsal dinner several times. He almost hit people with his truck, my sister in law literally had to run to get out of the way to avoid getting hit. He also interrupted me in the middle of a speech I was giving to my 60 guests, and was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude.
He told me they would be back at 8 am the next morning to finish setting up. They didn't show up until 9:30, and they showed up with orange flowers. My colors were purple and grey, and i had emailed them deferral color and flower ideas previously. The lady that brought the flowers was also rude to the owner of the venue. She took the flowers back to fix them, and when they came back, you could tell they were hastily thrown together. My bouquet was not big like I wanted, didn't have succulents like I had specifically asked for/ shown pictures for. The wrapping/ ribbon was coming off and had to be fixed, and the loose petals were disgusting looking - wilted and turning brown.
After sending the flowers away, the older lady called me to apologize. On the phone, after she had just called me, she said they hadn't had a way to contact me. Literally, right after she called my cell phone. That is why the guy showed up and interrupted my rehearsal dinner.... They didn't have a way to contact me...... even though we had called, emailed, and snail mailed each other multiple times over a 6 month timeframe.
These people were a NIGHTMARE to work with. Very unprofessional, and they do not know how to provide customer service or run a business. Stay away from this business!!!!
