t fit all of my needs. All of their cakes are delicious. So, picking a flavor was a bit more difficult. But, we decided to go with the Almond-amaretto butter cake. It was a huge hit with the guests. Jim and Alejandro are so talented and kind. And, their cakes are not only beautiful with such intricate details, they’re moist and so delicious. I highly recommend them for your wedding cake needs!

k of! Not only are his cakes out of this world beautiful, but the flavors and taste are amazing too. The almond amaretto, vanilla raspberry, and chocolate kahlua were a huge hit at our events, and there were no slices left over! Jim's work is well worth every penny spent. Amazing!

EAVEN! Then, we gave Jim and Alejandro a few thoughts on what our wedding theme was like. Jim sketched his idea right then and there, signed it...and now I have a beautiful piece of artwork and an amazing memory. My fabulous florist, Lotus Flower introduced me to Jim...and now I just need another reason to celebrate with a fabulous cake!!! YUM!

I left the meeting dreaming of my wedding cake (remember, the one I didn't want)! Needless to say, my husband and I decided on a 2-tier wedding cake that was absolutely breathetaking in both design and taste. Our guests were speechless when they saw the cake (just as we were at the tasting). My husband and I do not normally enjoy eating cake; but Jim's cakes are unbelieveable and leave you wanted another piece even weeks later.

weeks before our wedding, my planner had called and asked if we still wanted Jim to do our original design for our cake, which included a woodsy, fern design with branches and moss. She then said that he wanted to try to incorporate the whimsical design that was on our invitation into the cake. I said - "Sure, it doesn't matter, I trust him to make it beautiful." And ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you - it was a vision. I couldn't have asked for a more perfectly detailed, beautiful cake. This man can make his buttercream look like fondant and can put every brides vision into reality. He is truly amazing! We had three different flavors: Almond-Amaretto, Chocolate-Kahlua, and an Orange-Almond. Each flavor was more amazing than the next - many of our guests told me after the wedding that they had tried all three flavors and still had to go back for more! That should tell you something!! Jim also has great prices on his cakes - while many bakers charge an initial fee per slice, a fee which increases with every little detail you add - Jim charges a basic price for the cake and then if it is to be covered in hand-made sugar flowers will modify that price, but he is very affordable for a baker!! Just know that if you want him, GET HIM EARLY!! He tends to book out about 9-12 months ahead of time!! And trust me, he is worth it!!
