There is someone calling himself Matthew Willis who claims to be a groom and he was looking for my services as a minister. I knew right away his check was bogus and he was trying to oldest scheme in the book...the check cashing scheme. Anyway, thought I"d let you all know and to you brides and grooms, you be careful as well since he may have a phony vendor account too. Everyone double and triple-check anyone requesting money for whatever reason. I don't want anyone to get conned. I have reported this to The Knot and will be removing my account once everything is settled.
