Executive Chef Tommy D'Ambrosio has over 10 years of experience in fine dining and a degree from the Culinary Institute of America. Returning to his hometown, Tommy and their best friend, Kyle Hollenbeck, decided to start a burger food truck. Since then, the company has grown from a single food truck into one of the best burger restaurants in Phoenix, with multiple food trucks and catering businesses. Aioli Gourmet Catering and Food Trucks offer affordable catering that can be served buffet style, plated, or from one of their food trucks. In addition to their award-winning burgers and appetizers, they offer catering menus featuring a range of cuisines. Chef Tommy can also create a personalized menu for couples with specific food preferences. Some of their specialties include white truffle Swiss burgers, vegetarian falafel burgers, golden fries, and gourmet salads. They also offer several beverages, including mango lemonade and a chocolate lovers' shake.
