t show up and enjoy the day while the wonderful staff at Beacon Hill made sure everything went smoothly. We had such a beautiful day and the grounds were amazing in all of our photos. We also had a rad dance party to finish off the night and all of the staff were really kind and helpful to us and our guests. We couldn't have asked for a better place to get married!

t above and beyond to make our wedding happen when at times, it really felt like everything in the world was working against us (I know that sounds very dramatic!). We finally got to our wedding day (third try!) and although Spokane had seen barely any rain all year, the worst drought in years, that day it had to rain. My heart sank as we had decided to set up everything outside, and confirmed with the venue the day before we were confident about our outdoor wedding but Kandice and Alex (our coordinators) quickly put my mind at ease as their team moved our entire set up inside during our ceremony, centerpieces and everything, completely above and beyond. If planning a wedding during Covid has taught me anything it’s that if something can go wrong, it will go wrong but having a venue says “this is how we can make this work.” that is priceless. They are so good at what they do, from the beautiful venue, the delicious food, the organized planning help, they have everything dialed in because weddings are what they do and they do it so well!! I am so happy we had our wedding at Beacon Hill.

look back on such a special day. If you're on the fence about hiring a videographer I highly recommend moving forward and hiring Matt. You will be so glad you did!

ther wasn’t cooperating. It was a hailing and dusty wind storm, so we had to quickly decide to be indoors which changed our whole timeline and where all of our decor would go. Our day of coordinator, Braeden, and Kandice, the event coordinator, were able to move everything indoors and make the whole day go so smoothly! I had no worries or stress the day of. The staff also did a great job of serving the food and the beverages. The food was incredible! They also knew exactly when our dances were/cake cutting and were so over prepared for what was coming up next. I am so happy that we got married at Beacon!

ng outside, but the weather called for rain. Ali and her staff had several wonderful alternative options. My groom and I were very comforted by knowing there were numerous options if we did have to be inside. While we were able to be outside for the ceremony, we did move the dinner inside - the day of - and Beacon Hill's staff did a great job with the sudden change of plans. The venue is marvelous and beautiful! If you're looking for a venue with several backdrops for pictures, then Beacon Hill is a great place. They have a small vineyard, pond, forested-area, and stream. Our ceremony was under the large pergola and easily sat 60 guests - although the wedding the previous day had at least 300 hundred guests. We were able to decorate it to match our aesthetic and everything was perfect. The catering was great! About 3 months before our wedding we were able to try all of Beacon Hill's food to decide on a menu to match our tastes and our event. There are at least half a dozen pre-made menus, but we were able to make alterations. We also had passed appetizers. The bacon-wrapped dates were incredible! We also had a wine and beer bar. We hosted 2 wines, 2 beers, and 1 cider. We had an incredible day, and Beacon Hill was extremely helpful from start to finish. They helped make our wedding everything we wanted it to be.

arsal, and we had all details in writing, she seemed to deviate and was easily confused. She was super nice and frequently asked if I wanted her to do anything or needed anything. In the end, it was not a real issue, but somewhat disappointment.
