This space is STUNNING. The architecture, the lighting, the sound system - all great. What leads to the low rating is the service we received throughout the wedding planning process. When I had originally booked there, they had a coordinator that had been there several years -... Read More Penny. Sometime after booking, she had retired/been let go/not really sure of the circumstances - as we had to reach out to the venue to find out who would be working with us as we had not heard from anyone since we had put down our deposit. Eventually we found out who our coordinator was (Nathan)- but he NEVER once reached out to us. We had to reach out to him each and every time. And each and every time we were met with silence until we contacted Human Resources (Vonda) - who eventually was able to contact him so he would respond to our inquiries. Each time we were handed excuses as to why our initial contact was ignored. We basically paid several hundred dollars for the space alone, when we originally were under the impression we were paying for some level of coordination. All-in-all, our day ended up being perfect - but that was due to our AMAZING choice in officiant (not at all affiliated with the venue). So in conclusion - beautiful space which really requires no decor at all... but until they find different coordinators, not worth the trouble (a shame since the space is SO neat!). In fact, I don't even know if they are booking outside weddings any longer, as the page is missing from the United Theological Seminary website.

Our guests were amazed at the beauty of the wood sculptures and everyone stayed to take pictures themselves after the ceremony. I cannot rate this highly enough. It is also extremely reasonably priced.
