What can I say – dessert was both pleantiful and fabulous! Rather than going with a traditional wedding cake, we chose to do four individulally-portioned desserts that fit the symbols of our wedding (and met the dietary restrictions of our gue...sts). Shannon took our loose outline and quickly turned it into four amazing concepts that were expertly exicuted day-of the wedding! Everybody devoured the desserts, no one complained that there wasn't enough, and no one realized the chocolate one was vegan...
All told, a great working relationship and fantastic experience! We only wish we had asked for a goody box to save a few for the next day!
