If you are looking for invitations, thank you notes, all the above -- work with Sharon Donnelly! Sharon designed my wedding invitations and they were beautiful! She is creative, professional, organized, reliable, and extremely flexible. Because of COVID, I cancelled my wedding (which meant cancelling my invitations) and then re-planned a small last-minute wedding (which meant re-ordering invitations with ALL new event details). Sharon was patient and showed empathy throughout the entire process. As a bonus, she is located in the cutest shop in Rocky River! I highly recommend her!

Sharon at Cotton Ink was absolutely fantastic to work with. I was very meticulous and shopped a round a lot before choosing most of my vendors, but not so with Cotton Ink. At the end of my first meeting with Sharon (pre-COVID), I knew I was in trusted and capable hands. Sharon took the time to get a sense of who my fiance and I were, what we were looking for in a wedding invitation, with the initial consult taking a substantial amount of time. From there, Sharon designed beautiful invitations and gave us several options to choose from. We actually ended up going in a bit of a different direction once Sharon gave us her options and I really appreciated the ability to have a choice. I really liked that everything about the invitations was bespoke and customized to my fiance and I. Sharon never tried to put a square peg in a round whole. And when COVID threw everything into chaos, Sharon sat back and was super low pressure. Once my fiance and I got a game plan in place, Sharon re-designed the invites to take into account our small in-person ceremony for close family and our invitation to our other guests to watch the ceremony via remote means. I am really so thankful that Sharon gave us space during the beginning of the pandemic and waited until I reached out to re-plan the invites. And I was even more thankful when Sharon was so accommodating in reworking them. I want to add that I really appreciated Sharon's thoughts on etiquette and design. Sharon had opinions and shared them - but in a respectful manner that was not off putting and in a way that made clear she would design them the way we wanted, not the way she wanted. Basically, Sharon balanced artistry and client-service in a really fantastic manner and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. Sharon also was able to put together matching thank you notes, that will work as stationary my fiance and I can use even after the big day. Finally, when it comes to doing the invites for our delayed reception (whether in 2021 or 2022) I know who I am going to hire for the invites. Thank you Cotton Ink!

Sharon is incredible! She was so patient with us when we were deciding on our invitations and very timely when I wanted to add something else. She spent extra time finding a font with a specific looking "J" and right away, I knew we made the right choice going with her! She will definitely go above and beyond for each couple she works with. She had the vision and ingenuity to take a Lowcountry landscape painting that my wife had painted and manipulated various elements from the piece into the background of all the printed materials she designed for the weekend. She intuitively understood our tastes and objectives and managed to capture them beautifully. The design elements she developed flowed continuously from piece to piece, yet were always slightly different, never duplicated. She developed a harmonious theme from the Save-the-Date Card, to the Invitation, to the greeting card in the hospitality bags, to the Ceremony Program and Reception Menu. She always formulated different options designed to help reduce cost. She was meticulous and precise in everything she executed, settling for nothing short of perfection. Her choices of font, ink color, paper stock, and layout were precisely what we wanted. What we particularly appreciated, however, was her very cheerful, can-do attitude, her charming and witty personality, and her commitment to ensuring the job was done correctly the first time, and on time. Where do I begin? Working with Sharon has been such a great and pleasurable experience. From the moment I contacted her on Instagram, I knew she was a vendor we could trust and use for our big day. She designed our wedding invitations, our seating chart, day of timeline, and place cards. She always listened to what we liked and never steered us away from what we wanted. The quality is unbelievable, the designs are so crisp and creative, and you don't feel any pressure from her. She was so quick to respond to any questions or concerns we shared. She had designs to us within hours sometimes! Another thing we loved is she was extremely flexible with her hours and time. My fiance and I work a normal schedule, so we usually don't get out of work until 4:30 pm. Some nights, she would take meetings with us at 6:00 pm! I would recommend her to any bride and groom.

I was the mother of the groom for an October wedding. The invitations were beyond beautiful. But there is more-- it was our first ever wedding and Cotton Ink did everything for us---gave us tremendous advice throughout the process and unbelievable customer service. The owner is more like a wedding planner. Everything they did was perfect. Sharon is the best! Weeding vendors aren't always the easiest to get a hold of, but this was NEVER and issue with Sharon! She was extremely accommodating with my last minute additions to the scope of work. Initially I ordered our invitations, but after seeing the beautiful work, I ordered place cards, signs for our cupcake bar, envelopes for seeds for our wedding favors, and various different table signs. She did wedding invitations, bridal shower invites, thank you cards, seating chart, table numbers and menus (which were stickers on wine bottles!), "specialty drink" cards and programs for me. Then, she presented multiple design ideas for every item that I asked her to create and we tweaked from there. She even found the envelope liner for me on a personal trip to Washington, DC and took the time to send an email telling me she found said liner!
