r, Joe Lebo, provided us with our Photo Booth, lighting, props and our master cigar rollers. I have worked in customer service for 20 years and when I tell you, Joe and his team are the best, I mean it. Everything was handled with such amazing communication and professionalism. Joe is an excellent business man who will explain everything EYE to EYE Ent. has to offer without being pushy like many other catering services (that’s a no for me automatically)… and that’s actually how we landed our cigar rollers, who were the hit of the night with the boys! Joe’s grace, kindness, attention to detail and care for your day is so effortlessly flawless that I’d hire him again, same time, same place, MORE SERVICES! The dj was fantastic for my daughter and son in laws wedding reception! The photo booth was a definite advantage and i would highly recommend it. The limo however was less then perfect. The limo driver was very curt ,even bordering on rude. The...
limo itself was dirty, almost like it was used the night before and not cleaned. I would definitely NOT recommend the limo or the driver.

The limo was booked for a 1-way trip.
If you booked and paid the normal 3 hour wedding package then none of this would've occurred.
We don't offer 1-way rides, but since your daught...
er had other services of my dj and photo booth; I voided the 3 hours minimum to accommodate her in doing a favor.
I also did not charge for the waiting time of almost 1 hour.
As discussed with your daughter when she booked. That means we pick at the designated booked time which was 4:45pm and take you to the venue then we leave.
We give a 5 minute grace period to depart.
However, the driver was waiting on site for 40 minutes! He said one of the guys left to go pick up his family.
As well as the group wasn't ready when that individual returned.
The driver was being patient and kind in continuing to wait.
He did have a job afterwards that with your group not departing on time it was possibly going to interfere with the other job. If you felt an attitude from him, I'm sorry and he should've kept his cool better. But the stress of waiting and waiting while this was not the jobs itinerary with a 2nd job after is stressful because we never want to be late.
Lastly, the vehicle not being clean I don't understand as they are cleaned before leaving the lot as well as looked through when the dribee arrives so if there were items in there from a previous job it just doesn't seem correct.
All in all, for the Limo service if the terms in the contract we're abided by with leaving upon arrival of pick up time, most of this could've been avoided

Thank you for the fantastic review with my Entertainment package of a Dj and Photo Booth! I'm so happy my team was able to make the wedding so much fun for the party! I'm sorry very to hear about the Limo. They are cleaned prior to jobs and staff are of course supposed to be courteous! I will be looking into this and I apologize for the unsatisfied ride.

We first wanted to mention that we had booked our services with Paul in 2020 and ended up postponing our original date due to COVID. Paul made the postponement process so easy and smooth for us, and we were so grateful for this!

Our DJ/MC had the best energy and had our guests on the dancefloor the entire night! When we booked with Paul, he gave us the opportunity to meet with a couple of different DJs so that we could choose someone who matched our energy. All of the DJs we met with were great! We ended up deciding to work with DJ Chris, who was the PERFECT choice for our night and we could not have been happier!! We are still getting compliments from our guests about how incredible our DJ was, how much fun the our guests had using the magic mirror photobooth, and how beautiful the sparklers were!

Due to COVID, we had to reschedule our initial wedding date in 2020 and the owner, Paul, could not have been more accommodating. When we informed him that we had to reschedule, he didn't change anything in the initial contract and we were able to push everything just one year later. He is true to his word and truly puts the customer first.
Communications throughout the process were smooth and all services were delivered above our expectations. You will not be disappointed with Eye to Eye!
