ng, Father Marty provided support and a few days before the wedding when things were getting a bit crazy, I called him and he completely made me feel calm and collected. Whether you need a catholic priest or just a stellar officiant, Father Marty is the best person for the job!

nd punctual person! He listened to what we wanted for our ceremony (even though we didn't use all of his ideas), and he was easy to get a hold of throughout the planning process. Our guests are still commenting on what a wonderful ceremony we had, and how personable Father Marty was. I HIGHLY recommend him if you're looking for someone who will be humorous and touching, while still letting you make your ceremony what you want it to be.

cepting. He was very open to our inter-faith, outdoor wedding and his philosophy of love & inclusion really resonated with us- as it did with our multi-faith and agnostic friends and family. For the ceremony, we didn’t even know where to start! But, after just one meeting with Father Marty, we had total confidence in him. He gave us an overview of how he typically conducts a wedding, with a blueprint for the ceremony that we could customize with our own rituals and readings. He listened to what we wanted and what mattered to us and helped us find elements for our ceremony that were meaningful and inclusive of our family and friends, while combining our different faiths and cultural heritages. He was always available from the moment we agreed to work with him, weather via phone or email, and we met with him a couple times before our ceremony to fine-tune it. He also ran our rehearsal quickly and smoothly, instilling further confidence not only in the bride and groom, but in our wedding party and families. The most amazing thing was he seems to read people very well and was able to intuit the type of expressions and humor that our family would relate to. Needless to say, he was a HUGE hit! Our ceremony was personal, intimate, funny, and engaging and very much an expression of who we are as a couple, as well as a tribute to our family and friends who have shaped and supported our relationship. I can’t imagine our wedding without Father Marty!

Also, he's on the lower end of the price spectrum for officiants, no security deposit, and no charges if there's a change of date/cancellation/etc. Book him early though, cuz his schedule fills up quick. I plan to call Father Marty again to do baptism(s) when we get to that point! I definitely recommend Father Marty!

He was great, really funny down to earth guy. He does a lot of wedding so book him early. He was tired of the politics in the Catholic church and decided to leave. He was perfect for the job.
