t bridesmaid dress styles and colors. First he responded with "COLORS??" like it was something he had never in his life heard of and was offended I would ask such a stupid thing. He immediately asked us if we had an appt. When we said no he was very dismissive to us after that. We did not know it was by appt. only on Saturdays. So instead of politely telling us that and asking if we would like to schedule something, he walked away and came back and said a consultant would be right with us. We removed our shoes, as their signs request, and waited. We waited ten minutes at the door until the consultant came out. I believe it was the owner Deb. She informed us we could not look at any dresses that day. But if we would like to come back by appt on a Saturday we sure could for just $50 (which I am now confused about as it states $25 on their cover photo). When I asked why I would have to pay $50 just to look at colors and styles she let me know it was so I could have their undivided attention. Or we could come during the week for no fee. They close at 5:30 and you are supposed to allow for 2 hours with their consultant. I don't know about others, but this is not feasible with my work. I was also told I have plenty of time until my wedding so coming back shouldn't be a problem. I understand they were busy, but that does not give anyone the right to be dismissive and condescending to people that are potentially going to spend thousands of dollars in your store. We walked out and said we will never go back in that store. I was near tears because of the tone and dismissiveness that was used with us. Very poor customer service. I feel having good customer service is not something I should have to pay a $50 fee for.

i could order the brand through someone else! We decided to go through them because they did offer us a discount. After getting the dress in and dealing with them a little more we decided the discount offered on bridesmaids dresses wasn't worth the negative experience and decided to go somewhere else for them. I do have to give them credit on having the dress i chose.

t on to hold the spot. Little did I know the store was in Minot, where we just drove through. The store should not advertise for Bismarck having wedding dresses, they sell graduation dresses and it is a seasonal store, they need some clarification regarding location and what type of dresses they offer at both stores, instead of one general advertisement. Lots of people google to find stores and they should try and fix people getting mis lead. I was disappointed hugely. I found my dress elsewhere and never put a foot in there store.

ridesmaids dresses. Two groomsmen and the groom had been measure in Bismarck, and one of the measurements was misplaced but found after looking again. One of the tux jackets was too big, but the staff was more than helpful to grab the correct size jacket for the groomsmen.
