You don't realize how little guidance you will received from a hotel coordinator until you start working with them and see that you are pretty much doing it all yourself so unless you know how to plan a wedding down to the last detail, you'll be stuck trying to even figure out what the next step should be. We quickly realized we needed help because the hotel wedding planner did not do anything or even respond to us in a timely manner! They were at best just a secretary for the hotel that needed all your final decisions without explaining the process at the hotel or the options. We were so lucky to have come across JG Eventi. The hotel was incredibly unresponsive and when Jessica got involved, she was able to get the hotel to respond timely and provide requested information. Additionally, the hotel had sent us bare bone options for the wedding which Jessica knew right away weren't the only options and was able to get the hotel to send us all the options. Further, Jessica really helped us understand what we needed or didn't need depending on the options and locations we selected and, unlike the hotel, was able to assist us with scheduling the specific events and appointments we needed (or didn't even know we needed to schedule because the hotel did not let us know it was required) throughout the wedding week. Jessica was really great to work with and was so helpful with making sure we were guided in the right direction in order to stick with our budget but still have great options that made our day beautiful and memorable. Even during the wedding, the hotel wedding planner was supposed to be on top of the the timeline but frequently forgot about items. For example, they forgot to bring out toasts and Jessica had to follow-up with the staff to make sure they would be served. The hotel planner also forgot about serving the wedding cake, which again Jessica was on top of as soon as it wasn't served when she knew we would be expecting it. During the wedding, it's such a rush, that there is no way I'd have been able to be on top of ensuring everything was going smoothly and the hotel wedding planner was pretty much useless. Thank goodness Jessica was there to be on top of everything! She went out of her way to make sure the wedding day was not stressful for me and that I wouldn't have to worry about anything during the wedding weekend. Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be and we were so happy with how everything turned out and were truly impressed with Jessica!!!!!

300 guests, with about 150 of them arriving from all over and overseas, and not to mention I had a 22-person wedding party. Jessica was there every step of the way helping us with everything from the church, the venue, the DJ, the decor, the photographer, invitations, hotel accommodations, the bridal shower, the rehearsal dinner, transportation for the day of and for all of the airport arrivals and departures and all the activities in between. She even helped us plan a weeks' worth of activities for our out-of-town guests, including a welcome dinner for 100 people. I knew from the first time that we met/spoke with Jessica that we were in good hands. She made herself available all day, every day. There was not one phone call or email that went unanswered which, if you're a stressed out bride, it is priceless as you know that you always have someone by your side to guide you through all the unexpected issues that may arise during the planning process. Although we had so many moving parts for our wedding, everything ran so smoothly thanks to Jessica, her team, and all her vendors. I can honestly say that we did not have any issues on the day of the wedding and everything went so smoothly we were actually shocked by how perfectly everything turned out. She really helped us make the wedding of our dreams a reality and it was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. We originally planned to do everything ourselves, with some help from my family, and after traveling to South FL a few times to look at venues, I shortly realized that planning a wedding long distance is no easy task. We both work full time jobs and coordinating to meet with vendors was becoming a little stressful, not to mentioned we didn't really know which vendors we could work with and trust. That's when I started doing research on Wedding Planners on The Knot and came across a couple of planners that I was interested in meeting, one of them being Jessica from JG Eventi. I met a couple of planners but I was just so impressed with Jessica, her responsiveness and her easy of doing business with. From the day that I met her, she made me feel at ease, and seemed to understand what we were looking for. Not only that, but you can tell that she really enjoys what she does. Long story short, my instincts didn't let me down. During our wedding planning process, Jessica was amazing to work with, always responsive, would coordinate all our appointments and go with us . She introduced us to all the vendors that she works with, although we were free to work with whoever we wanted too. We ended up hiring some of the vendors that she had worked with in the past and we certainly don't egret it. They all work very well together and it just made the wedding process so much easier. I saw her website and facebook page and I thought to myself "she's edgy and has style". I contacted her and she was just amazing!!! She really listened to everything that I wanted and made my fairytale wedding a reality. She was with me every step of the way. Food tastings, cake tastings, picking out my linen it was wonderful, even my visits to the venue. She was always so prepared. Whenever vendors would ask me questions I would draw a blank at times and she would jump right in. She always kept copies of all my contracts. She definitely knows the business very well. She gave great advise and I trusted her 100%. She always responded to my million emails and texts messages and let me know when she wouldn't be able to reach out to me due to working a wedding which is completely understandable. What bride doesn't want their planners undivided attention on their special day. Now speaking of the BIG DAY! She was beyond spectacular. My wedding day went so smoothly and it's all due to Jessica. She had spoken to all my vendors prior to the wedding date and on the day of everyone knew what was going on. She took care of it all!!!!! Literally. I didn't see her much the day off because I was actually enjoying my wedding party to the fullest but Jessica didn't stop. She was making sure everything continued to run smoothly for me. I didn't have a worry in the world. Hands down the best money spent was on my planner. Words cannot express how grateful I was to have her by side throughout this entire process. She kept me on target with everything I needed to do. The best decision I made was to have her throughout my planning process. She even coordinated my bridal shower which was another amazing event.
