I absolutely love Magda and Stephanie! They did my bridal makeup and hair along with my mother and two sister in law’s. Each woman looked stunning!! They are so lovely and fun to work with. I totally felt comfortable with them. They made my wedding day start off on the right foot- fun and relaxing. I felt like I was amongst friends- they are wonderful people. They are both so talented, they listen to their clients and make sure they give you your perfect look for your special day. The makeup was natural and beautiful and the hair was gorgeous. I got so many compliments- all the ladies did. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Magda did my makeup as well as my mother’s and some of my bridesmaids’ makeup for my May 2021 wedding and looking back at the pictures I could not be happier with her work. She is a true professional, talented and so knowledgeable about skin care and makeup application. As someone who does not wear makeup on a regular basis, it was so important to me to look beautiful but natural and like myself on my wedding day and Magda pulled the look off. She truly listens to you and her pricing and contract are reasonable and straightforward. My mother and bridesmaids only had positive reviews of Magda’s work, and everyone looked so beautiful because of her. She has a great energy, is down to earth, and is open to feedback. Her calm demeanor was much appreciated as we all scrambled to get ready the morning of the wedding. From the way she prepped my skin, to the application of the eyelashes, to the colors she used, every product was quality, and I am proud to say my makeup lasted on a hot day from the ceremony to outdoor reception to the afterparty that lasted through the night.

Magda is truly a makeup artist. She did my wedding makeup as well as a few of my bridesmaids makeup and we couldn’t be happier with the results! It lasted all night long and looked beautiful in the pictures. I love the variety of products Magda had to offer and loved all of her suggestions. Truly the best!

Her expertise and artistry is unmatched! Stephanie did my hair, and the bridesmaids’ as well. She made my hair look better than I could have imagined! I’ve never felt more beautiful in my life. I highly recommend Magda Designs for your wedding day! After several COVID twists and turns, and having to significantly downsize our wedding, Magda came to the rescue and put me at such ease. She asked great questions, understood my vision, and addressed all my concerns about safety precautions. On the day of the wedding, Magda and Stephanie were so attentive to exactly what my ladies wanted and got along beautifully with my family and wedding party. We had so much fun! Everyone felt pampered and amazing. We also finished early. Everyone's hair and makeup stayed beautifully all day, even wearing masks on and off throughout the day, and taking pictures on the beach. Everything about my experience with Magda was amazing. She went above and beyond to accommodate me when my June wedding was postponed due to covid and converted into a micro wedding in August. My makeup was perfect for the occasion of a micro wedding and lasted the entire day. I can’t wait for her to do my makeup again for my big wedding in June. She is the best!

Magda did an amazing application of my makeup for my daughter’s wedding! It lasted all day & night in the heat of August! She was professional & on time!

My sister used Magda for hair and make up for her COVID mini-money and will be using her for the big wedding day and all I can say is that she is amazing. My wedding was during the pandemic, and we didn't want to reschedule as my husband and I didn't want to wait any longer. My original hair and makeup girl didn't feel comfortable working on my hair (due to the pandemic) and Magda came recommended to me by an owner of a bridal boutique. I didn't know much about her at the time and just took a chance. And I hit the jackpot with Magda!!! She was very good at communicating with me from the start. I didn't have enough time to have a "trial" as I found her last minute, but I didn't need it. I gave her an idea of what I was thinking of and I am so happy with the outcome. My makeup and hair were FLAWLESS! Not only is Magda very talented but she is very nice, thoughtful, and had a good energy. I highly recommend her!!!!! Magda was absolutely wonderful. She came with her assistant Stephanie and I had a full wedding party for them both (6 bridesmaids, my mom and myself) and they did an absolute amazing job with everyone! She started at around 10:30 and we finished around 3:00. She stayed true to her schedule and her pricing are fair. I had a trial with her earlier in the year and this really helped as she got to learn my style and was able to portray this into my wedding day hair and makeup so it was one less stress to worry about. Thank you for everything!

I've known Magda for about 7 years and she has done my hair, make up for special events and my wedding. She does an extraordinary job, is super professional and fun to be around. If you haven't booked her, you should stop whatever you are doing and get a hold of her NOW - she will not disappoint. I almost forgot to mention that she does my skincare as well and had my skin photo-ready for the big day!

Magda did my makeup and Stephanie did my hair for my wedding day and I felt flawless!! I hardly wear makeup and am not used to the way it looks on me all the time but Magda does a stunning all natural look. She takes her time and has an incredible eye for design. Stephanie is a genius when it comes to hair. On the day of my trial I told Stephanie what I wanted and she created the look for me. Then she asked if she could try something and tweaked the style a little bit. She made it 10 times better and that was my perfect wedding hair! I also had 7 bridesmaids that requested different hairstyles and makeup and they all looked so beautiful and loved their looks. On top of this, Magda and Stephanie are just great people and it was so nice to have their calming energy in the bridal suite. They are both extremely talented and I look forward to working with them for any other time I need to get glammed up! (hoping it's soon!!!)

Magda is a truly talented professional. She is reliable, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable in both hair and makeup. She was able to recreate the exact look I was going for. My hair and makeup looked absolutely stunning and most importantly it LASTED. I will definitely be using Magdas services again for future events.

I cannot express say how amazing Magda was, from the trial through to the day of the wedding. In addition to being amazing with the hair and makeup at the trial, she became my aesthetician and helped my skin get to a place when I felt effortlessly beautiful and glowing. Our personalities instantly clicked and her willingness to help and communicate with me from day 1 immediately won me over. I didn’t even have to go to any other trials because I knew she was the right fit for me and booked her right at the trial and I don’t regret it for one second! Not only did she take wonderful care of me, but she also did my sister’s, my best friend’s, and my goddaughter’s hair and makeup. From trial to wedding day, Magda was thoughtful, professional, personable and passionate about her work and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Magda was the BEST makeup and hairstylist any bride could ever want. She not only was professional but exceptional in the work she does. From the very beginning she was patient and listened to my vision and exceeded my expectations. I felt like the most beautiful woman on my wedding day. Magda did hair and makeup for myself, my mom, and my sisters for my wedding day. I've been in a lot of weddings and have had my hair and makeup done many times before, and can absolutely without hesitation say Magda did a fabulous job, much better job that anyone else I have worked with. My mom was so transformed that the photographer didn't even recognize her from before to after hair and makeup. Magda listened to what I wanted, helped me interpret that for a look that worked with my dress, and was very flexible to my feedback (including doing a second trial when I wanted to try adjusting my hair.) The best part though is everyone not only looked amazing, but also looked totally natural. The makeup looked as good up close as it did for the camera. She is also friendly, fun, and an awesome addition to the bridal suite for the day of the wedding.

First I just want to say Magda, You are Amazing! THANK YOU! I had 13 girls that day including myself and from start to finish her and Stephanie made all of us looked absolutely beautiful! My girls are still talking about and I can’t believe it has been three weeks already. They managed to get us done at the time we were all suppose to be done! My hair stayed beautiful all night! Magda was my makeup artist for my wedding. She did my mom’s, friend’s, and my hair and makeup in 3 hours, multi-tasking to maximize time. She is a consummate professional and very organized. She has a wealth of experience in makeup application. She quickly understood the look that I was going for and created that look impeccably, contributing to making my special day one of the best of my life!

Truly 5 star in every category. I had 4 hair trials before I selected Magda. Needless to say I am picky about hair. Magda was able to perfectly recreate the natural, yet elegant, down style I was looking for that I was having trouble finding with anyone else. My hair looked soft and finished, and my 3 bridesmaids looked perfect as well. Magda was so calming and organized the day of the wedding. There was never a minute I felt rushed. She had used her time so well, we even had time to do a style for Mom (which also looked perfect) that we hadn't planned for. I have been in many weddings. The speed that Magda is able to work with achieving the level of quality she does shows how well she knows what she is doing and this is exactly what you need the day of your wedding, a professional. She also was able to give me a few tips about how I needed to prepare my hair leading up the wedding. I am so happy I chose Madga for my day. I cannot thank you enough Madga!

Magda did my hair and make-up for a friend’s wedding and I absolutely loved it! I got so many compliments and the results lasted all day and night. I have since used her for other events and have referred her to friends, as well. She’s great to work with....very professional and always listens to what I want.

Magda and her team of girls made my wedding day go smoothly and perfect. I had 6 bridesmaids all of them were extremely happy with their look. The team was timely, professional and gave everyone and individually stunning look. Generally, I am not a photogenic person so I was extremely nervous about how I would look in pictures but I came out amazing! I definitely plan on using them for other events... baby showers, holiday parties etc.

My bridesmaids and I were thrilled with how natural and beautiful Magda and her team were able to make us look for my wedding! We loved their ability to make everyone's natural hair (ranging from curly to straight, thick to thin) each look gorgeous and special. Our makeup similarly enhanced each of our features, while looking flawlessly natural and elegant. Magda also went above and beyond agreeing to stay for her normal rate extra time to do touch-ups after we were outside (it was really hot out). She is a wonderful vendor to work with and her and her team helped make my big day have a really special start!

Magda and team were an absolute pleasure! We had to start getting ready at 6AM, so not only did they have to be there at the crack of dawn, but they managed to be so professional and relaxed while we were all exhausted and stressed — they totally brought good vibes for us all. The work magda did was absolutely amazing, particularly the makeup. My ladies were all beautiful to begin with 😜but I was completely blown away by how Magda managed to emphasize all their best features without making anyone look over done. Totally will be recommending to my engaged friends!!!

Magda is the absolute best! She was the makeup artist at my sister's wedding and when I got engaged, one of the first things I did for wedding planning was to email her and reserve the date! I didn't need a consultation or a second thought - she is an absolute MUST for any bride wanting to look their best on their wedding day! Not only is she AMAZING with hair and makeup (this woman seriously seems to have a magic wand to bring out beauty), but she's super nice and has such a keen eye to make recommendations for things that will be stunning for your wedding day!

Magda is simply incredible. She worked with me and 11 other women the day of my wedding & both the hair and make up came out beautifully! Everyone looked gorgeous and yet very natural still. I met Magda when I did my trial and she was so nice and personable and made me feel very comfortable. She listened to everything I had to say and she got my look exactly right. Then for the actual wedding, I decided on an updo last minute and it was no problem for her! I felt gorgeous and she and her team couldn't have been nicer. We had a lot of women to get ready-8 bridesmaids, myself, mother-in-law, mom, and aunt. They ran the timing perfectly & made everyone feel beautiful. I highly recommend Magda and her team!!

Simply FABULOUS!!! Magda and her team did such a wonderful job with everyone's hair and makeup. The mothers of the bride and groom, the bridesmaids, and I were THRILLED with our makeup. Magda does a great job of listening to exactly what each individual wants. It was a hot muggy day and I was so worried about my makeup smearing or looking greasy- and the makeup held up throughout the ENTIRE night. We seriously looked like movie stars. Her background in skincare really allows her to leverage her knowledge in skincare and beauty to make her clients look spectacular. Magda is truly AMAZING!! Make up, hair, and skin care, lashes... she made everything so seamless. Not to mention is extremely caring, honest and always responsive. No one else i would trust in getting me ready for my big day! I met her at Dr. Bevs office for facials/micro needling treatments in preparation for my wedding about 6 months out. I was so excited when i found out she also does hair and makeup for brides! Win win!

She listened to what I didn't like and the second trial was PERFECT. Come wedding day she was a fun addition to the bridal party getting ready and my makeup was PERFECT!!!!! I booked Magda for my wedding day and I could not have been happier with how my hair and makeup came out! I am not usually one to wear makeup and Magda's natural and soft makeup looks are the reason I reached out to her. She came to my house for a trial, and we went through multiple options for my big day. She was patient and attentive and I never felt rushed. We finalized a look, but as the wedding drew closer I began to change my mind about how I wanted my makeup to look. I was nervous about how the changes I requested would look, but Magda absolutely blew me away! She was accommodating and when I explained what I wanted to change since our trial she listened to exactly what I wanted and it came out better than I ever imagined. She was a pleasure to work with and was so knowledgeable about her craft. She also did makeup and hair for my bridesmaid, mother, and mother-in-law, and everyone loved their looks. They all requested different styles of hair and makeup and Magda was able to pull it off with ease. Everyone's makeup and hair looked flawless throughout the entire night. Magda made me feel like a princess on my wedding day and I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Magda and her team are the best! I was so indecisive with my hair and makeup and she was SO patient with me throughout the process and on the day of my wedding. As a bride, I was so glad that I didn't have to worry about how my end result would look...I knew it would be the perfect balance of "done" and natural. Some makeup artists told me my wedding makeup has to be super dramatic for the pictures, but I was so uncomfortable with how I looked in real life! Ultimately, with Magda, I felt like I was wearing my own skin but it was still enough for my pictures to be great. She did all of my bridesmaids and everyone was happy with their hair and makeup too. She will make sure you look and feel perfect on your special day.

From our first meeting, she was very responsive and even asked for some photos to give her an idea of my wedding inspiration. At my trial, she gave me a look that was flawless and timeless. Magda has a wonderful eye for color, respectfully listens to your requests and moves throughout the getting-ready period of the day with a calm, collected, stress-free attitude. Magda is excellent! She took the time to know exactly every detail of my wedding from my dress, to my flowers and the venue! She agreed that a soft up-do would be the perfect look for me and I was EXTREMELY pleased with my elegant and natural look. Not to mention, Magda is professional, flexible and charismatic (everything you need for your big day)!

Magda did fantastic hair and makeup for my wedding. My wedding was in August so of course we were worried about sweating and looking shiny but the make up she used was perfect and held up all day and night. She is great at taking your ideas for hair and make up and making them turn out the way you want. With that said Magda was very rude to me and my bridesmaids. She was not afraid to insult someone's eyebrows or skin. There is a way to tell someone if something could be fixed but she was down right insulting and rude. I would honestly not use her again for this reason. She made me feel uncomfortable and also my bridesmaids. If you are a professional, no matter how terrible a day you are having you need to smile and make your customers feel happy and special.

Magda is the best! I am not someone who wears much makeup and was a little nervous that I would feel like I was a different person on my wedding day with wearing more makeup than usual. That was not the case at all! Magda completely listened to my concerns and made me feel beautiful and feel like myself on the wedding day! I also really enjoyed my trial with Magda. She came to my mom's house for the trial and that was also a great experience. Since I have a pixie cut we did not do a hair trial, but still talked about ideas for the hair for the wedding day. I enjoy working with Magda because she is down to earth and easy to talk to. She came to the hotel from 12-5 on the day of my wedding and did hair and make up on myself, my mom, and three of my bridesmaids. She not only did an amazing job on everyone, but also was great to spend the afternoon with. I was a little nervous as the bride and she was a calming presence during the time while getting ready!

Magda is EXCELLENT at what she does! My family and I have used her for makeup and/or hair for 3 majorly important occasions, and she is fantastic. For my sister's wedding, we hired her to do the makeup for my sister, my mom, and me (for logistical reasons, bridesmaids' makeup was done at another place where we did all of our hair). She did such a great job; our makeup looked natural, yet beautiful (just like we had requested!) and it lasted all day & night. Magda really knows how to make a bride stand out, and my sister's makeup, especially, was STUNNINGLY gorgeous. I actually wore mine the following day because I was so tired by the time we got back that I forgot to wash my face, and since it still looked perfect in the morning, I kept it on :) So basically, her makeup application lasted from 2 pm on a Saturday until 8 pm on Sunday! I'm prone to getting very shiny, and the fact that this didn't happen is a miracle in my book. She also did my sister's makeup for another big event in April 2015, and I used her again myself in May 2015 for hair & makeup. We will all definitely be contacting her when the need arises for us to look our best. She always responds quickly to messages (via text/email/voice), arrives exactly on time, keeps everybody on schedule, pays attention when we describe what we're looking for (and actually delivers it), has a great attitude, is a total professional, prices reasonably, and is all around a pleasure to work with! And I feel that the fact that she comes to you is a bonus and makes everything so much more comfortable. I highly recommend her; you will not be disappointed!

Magda does a wonderful job. She did my make-up & hair as a bridesmaid for a friend getting married a few years ago, and I thought she did a great job, so I asked her to do my wedding. She (with an assistant) did hair/make-up for 6 bridesmaids, my mom and myself, and everyone looked great. Magda also has a very calm, confident & business-like demeanor, that in the midst of all the chaos on wedding day, was much appreciated.

Meeting Magda and choosing her to do my hair and makeup, and my five bridesmaids as well, for my wedding was one of the best decisions I made! I had my makeup trial with Magda and was so happy with the results that I also had Magda do my makeup for my bridal shower. Everyone complimented me at my shower. On my Wedding Day Magda showed up to my house promptly and went to work immediately to get us all ready and beautiful. She did an incredible job - everyone complimented me all day and told me I looked like a movie star. I told her what my vision was and I'm still in awe of the look that she created for me. I looked like a polished, natural, and beautiful version of myself. I had never worn hair extensions before and they came out perfectly. I didn't worry about my makeup fading or my hair at all (which I wore down and curly and with extensions). I even had a bridesmaid wake up the next day and tell me her hair still looked perfect. I typically think that so many bridesmaids look overdone at Weddings but every one of my girls looked incredible. Magda did such a great job that my future sister in law booked her for her wedding next June - I can't wait to work with Magda again. I highly recommend her, she is a delight to work with and a genuinely great person.

Magda was so amazing to work with! As the bride, we obviously need to look flawless, and Magda did just that. I was worried about my face looking to made up, as I'm not a very heavy make-up wearer. She made me look natural and beautiful, and all of the makeup stayed in place throughout the whole night. I was also worried about my hair, as it's naturally curly and sometimes difficult to handle. She made it look so elegant, and still look at pictures in awe as to how amazing she made me look. She was quick, and timely, and she really understood what me and my bridesmaids wanted. She is truly a talented make-up and hair stylist, and I HIGHLY recommend her services!

I booked Magda and her team for my wedding on July 20, 2013. I first met Magda in February for my trial. Within minutes, I knew this was the person I wanted to work with for my wedding. She listens to exactly what you want and instantly both her vision and your own vision come to life. On the day of my wedding, her team was on time and ready to go. All of my bridesmaids looked beautiful, my mother and mother-in-law were ecstatic, and I couldn't have been more pleased with how I looked at how my entire wedding party looked. I got married on the hottest day of the summer, and when you look at pictures my hair and make-up is still in place. Every guest commented on how beautiful everyone looked, and it was all because of Magda and her team. My best friend was so thrilled with the way she looked, that she booked Magda for her own wedding this summer. I would highly recommend Magda to anyone who is getting married and know they will not be disappointed in their choice.

Magda did my hair and make-up for myself, my 7 bridesmaids and my mother for my wedding on June 29, 2013. She was absolutely amazing, as always! My friends and I have all used her for our weddings, I think 7 in all. She is so wonderful and started my day off perfectly, from the second she walked in the door. My hair stayed all day and night, and my makeup did not smudge at all even though it was close to 100 degrees. I have since recommended her to anyone I hear that is getting married and have also heard of a few others that have used her in their weddings. She is absolutely wonderful and has a great staff. I would recommend her to to everyone and would use her all over again if I had to!!! Thank you sooo much Magda, I could not have asked for anything more!!!

Magda did my makeup for my wedding day and was awesome. She is a one-woman-army of beauty. As a business woman, she was punctual, responsive and flexible with time changes. As a makeup artist, my makeup was flawless and beautiful all day. I looked and felt awesome. I don't usually wear makeup so it was very important to me to look natural and not feel like I was caked with makeup, but still look great in my photos. Magda did all of those things. I also truly appreciated how calm and focused she was the morning of my wedding since I was super frazzled. She definitely helped me calm down :) I would definitely recommend her to any bride.

Magda worked her beautiful magic at my wedding. She did my hair along with my mom and the bridesmaids. She was fun and cheery making the time feel like you were spending it with an old friend- one that knows how to do awesome hair! I had a trial done several weeks before with her and she made suggestions on gettting it into even better shape for the big day. I received tons of compliments, even just in pictures it looked great. I have to mention it was also a rainy day that can lend itself to flyaways and fizz. None of that! Thank you Magda!

Magda is a true talent with make-up. Her color choices and application gave me the "me but perfect" look I wanted. She also made up my mom, a former model who can appreciate a professional makeup application. She looked fantastic. The time I had with the hair stylist just didn't pan out. I could not seem to communicate with her. That said, I do not want to complain too much. While I and the bridesmaids did not feel we got what we asked for, we did receive many compliments on our hair. I recommend you get some quotes. I had some that were less but went with Magda because of her reputation. It wasn't a bargain but she is deserving of her reputation and was worth it to me.

Magda was awesome from the moment I met her at my trial. She was very easy going and listened to exactly what I wanted my hair to look like. She even designs her own hair accessories so you can have a one of a kind product. She was able to get all the girls done, with some time to spare and every one of the girls looked incredible. Magda does amazing work! My aunt loved her so much, she booked her for her wedding in December!!

Magda does exquisite work with hair and make-up. She makes it very natural but elegant. She comes to you wherever you are getting ready. She does a fantastic job, I would just say you definitely pay for it. If you have seen her work at a wedding or even online I would say hire her and don't even do the trial. Only do the trial if you have never seen her work or you are going to try on your dress with the hair and make-up done. She'll do a fantastic job even without the trial. She'll also tell you how it is.

Magda and her assistant were great! My hair and makeup were EXACTLY what I had hoped for. Better than I imagined; I could not be happier. And the fact that she travels to you on the day of the wedding is just the icing on the cake. I highly recommend Magda!

People I barely know at my office have been coming up to me and asking me to send them pictures of my wedding because they heard my hair looked amazing!!! I don't know of a better compliment for Magda and her team. I don't have long hair, but she was able to do an incredible job making my hair look full and beautiful. I went for a trial prior to the wedding and loved what she did and then the day of the wedding she outdid even herself. She also did my makeup and the hair and makeup for my 8 bridesmaids and my mother and mother-in-law and everyone was happy with the way they looked, and that's a lot of people with a lot of opinions! I loved the way she did our makeup, it was light, not caked on, yet showed up amazing in pictures. She and her team were nice and professional, the kind of people who are enjoyable to have around on your wedding day. Another huge compliment to them is that they are quick and efficient. They don't rush by any means, but they know how to get the job done in a timely manner and make sure you are ready for your big day! I would recommend them to anyone getting married.

I had a full fledged Indian wedding on August 7, 2010, and had hired Magda from Magda's Designs for my hair and make-up for the wedding and reception. And I must say… I have never received so many compliments in my life!! I felt like a princess for the day, thanks to Magda. Not only was she incredibly talented, but she was very professional and courteous throughout the whole day. I would recommend Magda’s services to all my family and friends. :)

i just got married on aug 28 2010... i had the perfect day! hair is one large important aspect of your big day: thanks to magda it was a dream come true, I felt like a princess. she was amazing, not only for my hair, but also for my mom, mother-in-law and bridesmaids. the day went so smoothly... as we girls know how it is important to look and feel beautiful the day of your wedding and also to look back at pictures and feel completely satisfied. well, i did. i would highly recommend magda’s designs for a hair stylist.

The first time I met with Magda and one of her stylists I had brought about 4-6 photos of hair styles for my wedding day. The stylist used no product, and told me - don't worry, it will look much better on your wedding day. At that point, I had run out of time to find someone else, however, Magda insisted that my hair would be exactly as I requested. The morning of my wedding, I ended up getting up from my chair in tears. The two girls who she sent to do my and my bridesmaids hair just were not up to he task. The girl working on my bridesmaids burned my Maid of Honor with the curling iron. I had gaps of scalp in my updo, and unfortunately, in my wedding photos, it looks like I have bald spots. If we didn't have to leave for the church, I would have had her take all the pins out, and just leave it down. My best friend had her wedding 7 weeks after me, and she had booked Magda when I booked her. It was too late to change at that point. Magda came to the hotel for her bridal prep, pulled me to the side, and said she heard what happened, she's sorry, and she will call me the following week to discuss. She never called. This was the only thing that really went sour for my wedding day, and I would not recommend her, or her staff to anyone.
