I was very disappointed with this vendor. Not only was Three Sisters more expensive than the other florists in the area, but there were some red flags earlier on in my communications with the floral designer that I ignored due to the florist’s... confidence, excellent yelp reviews, and the beautiful flowers showcased on her website.
On my wedding day, I didn’t feel like the flowers in the centerpieces or the bouquet matched the quality of floral design on the website. My bouquet wilted before the ceremony even started! We had a 45 minute First Look, and following that, I noticed that my bouquet was drooping. When I contacted Three Sisters after the wedding to let them know what happened, I was told that it was a very hot day and it had been communicated to me several times beforehand that my flowers needed to be in water. The floral designer then wrote that unfortunately she can’t control the weather. I didn’t realize that my bouquet needed to be in water for most of the wedding and couldn’t make it through a 45 minute photo session! Apparently, yelp review: Jamie K on 6/14 had the same issue of her bouquet wilting before the ceremony, but Three Sisters provided her with another bouquet minutes before her ceremony started. I wish the same courtesy had been extended to me instead of blaming me for not keeping it in water long enough.
Throughout my communications with Three Sisters from beginning to end, I felt like something wasn’t quite right. Whenever I had a question or articulated something specific regarding my vision or flowers, the response would be “trust me” instead of acknowledging what I was saying. Trusting Three Sisters to do my wedding flowers is something I wish I hadn’t done.
