From our engagement session with some of our favorite murals around downtown Cleveland, to absolutely killer shots of our ceremony and reception, Mary captured everything with a ton of style and, for us, the really dynamic modern look that we were hoping for. We also really appreciated Mary's process from day one through the time we received our final wedding album. She was available when we needed advice and she walked us through each step along the way -- as well as being patient with us when we were lagging behind during the wedding planning! We highly recommend Mary!

I was scrolling though my insta one day and was like "wow I really love these pictures" in realizing I was somehow following Mary on social media, but not remembering ever doing so. Best discovery I made. I loved her work and truly couldn't find a photo shoot I didn't like. Her prices are on the higher scale, but this was of utmost priority and I would do whatever it took to remember our wedding. My husband and I planned our Ohio wedding in South Florida and facetimed with Mary to see if she was a good fit. We got along great and hired her the next day. With the wedding and photographer in a different state, we had to make the most out of our trips to Ohio, and Mary worked so well with fitting into our schedule for our engagement shoot. (P.S. she will travel to you! We just love fall and wanted that setting instead) Getting to do the engagement shoot with our photographer really helped to prepare us for the real deal! We got to know Mary and she got to know us, and I worked though my awkward posing with much guidance. On the big day, she came in and got started right away. Her and her assistant waisted no time capturing every little detail. She even gives great pep talks before going down the aisle and teaching the bridesmaids what looks best in pictures (lol they are still talking about it and they look great). We had mentioned that we wanted to get our dog in a picture or two but didn't work out the logistics till a day or 2 before hand and failed to mention it to Mary. When we walked out of the church after getting married, our pup was there waiting for us, and we got a few quick, go with the flow, shots in of our little family. Working with the bridal party during pictures was a hoot and she truly embarrassed the fact that we are all a little weird and was happy to capture any pictures we wanted. We just got all the pictures earlier this week (super quick turnaround time for 500+ pictures!) and I am going to end up getting in trouble at work because I cannot stop looking at them! I have never felt so beautiful and confident as I do looking at myself in those pictures. We were able to be ourselves around Mary and it shows in the pictures. I honestly cannot thank her and her assistant enough for their hard work and the amazing job they did. I cannot wait to share them with friends and family. Thank you Mary.

es feel very natural. Once the ceremony and reception started, she blended in to the background yet somehow managed to capture every moment. We were really happy that we at no time felt as if we had over-bearing paparazzi at our wedding, and we got to truly enjoy every moment but still have amazing pictures. Mary also understood that not only my husband and I, but also almost all of our guests, were from out of town, and worked with us on our day-of schedule to make sure we got to spend as much time as possible with everyone while still getting all the pictures we wanted. I definitely have to give her adaptability a shout out for our day. Our planned outdoor ceremony and dance floor had to be moved inside due to weather, so our ceremony ended up in a beautiful and intimate but very poorly lit room inside. Mary and her assistant worked wonderfully and all our pictures look as if we had plenty of natural light. Even better, everyone complemented how no one (including my husband and I) even noticed flashing or camera distractions during the ceremony. We highly recommend Mary to anyone looking for a fun, professional, and talented photographer!

c. Mary first photographed our engagement pictures on a very hot and buggy summer day, but she made it so much fun and we laughed the entire time. Our engagement pictures turned out incredible and it was so nice to get used to the camera before the big day. We were married out-of-town and Mary was very accommodating and always available via Skype, email, and phone for all of our questions. Mary is extremely organized and does a great job on throughly outlining the process, which makes the planning and day of go off without a hitch. She alleviated so much stress! On our Big Day, Mary captured the love and emotion all around us. Every picture was beautiful, natural, and memorable. She was able to also capture our personalities and completely understood our wedding vision. We will forever cherish the photos from our wedding and still constantly look at them. I truly could not speak more highly about Mary and her team. MWP is the perfect choice for a photographer! You will not be disappointed.
