I can’t recommend Amy from MI Honeybee Flowers highly enough! Throughout our wedding and even afterwards, I had so many people asking me about our flowers—they were that stunning. As someone who is absolutely obsessed with flowers, I had very high expectations, but Amy took my vision board and exceeded them in every way.
Amy was amazing at bringing my floral dreams to life. We had the opportunity to see mock-ups of all our floral arrangements before the big day, which really put me at ease. But as much as I loved the mock-ups, they didn’t even compare to how incredible the flowers turned out on our wedding day.
When I saw my bridal bouquet, I was overwhelmed with emotion—I actually cried. It was everything I had envisioned: romantic, whimsical, and perfectly in line with our inspiration and color story. Amy introduced a beautiful mix of local and exotic flowers, creating an outstanding bouquet that was truly one-of-a-kind.

Amy is the best! I was obsessed with every single floral arrangement she put together for our wedding. She was so easy to work with the entire time, even with my floral designer mother. Communication was clear and she was super personable! Amy really listened to everything we wanted and executed it perfectly. My bouquet came out so perfect I just HAD to have it preserved. She provided not only the centerpiece flowers but every other part of the table’s centerpieces which was a huge help! We had her add a couple arrangements to the arch we got married under and our welcome signs and our guests could not stop complimenting them! Amy was so kind and flexible during the whole floral planning process! She met with me multiple times, both in person and over the phone to make sure we were really on the same page with everything. The day of the wedding I was blown away by the flowers!! Everything was more gorgeous than I could have imagined. Mi Honeybee Flowers was the perfect choice to execute my daughter's vision for her wedding. The bouquets and centerpieces were beautiful. The chuppah on the stage of the Gem Theater was the perfect backdrop for the wedding ceremony. I would highly recommend Amy and her team for your floral needs.
Amy had done the flowers at my sisters wedding and after seeing her work it was an easy decision for my own wedding in July 2023. She was so easy to work with and our arrangements were all beautiful. We are out of state but she was available via text for quick pictures back and forth for flower, candle, and vase decisions. She also went above and beyond adding on last minute items. I wanted fun summer colors and she made the vision pop from the few inspiration photos I sent her way. The flowers were one of my favorite parts of the day!

Amy is not only kind, warm, and approachable, but she was able to execute my vision perfectly based on photos I sent her of flowers I liked!! She has an amazing eye for design and was incredibly responsive :) So happy we got to work with her!!
Amy and here crew were amazing! The table decor and additional arrangements for wedding table, sign in table, etc were ABOVE AND BEYOND what I was expecting! Truly gorgeous. The attention to detail and the time spent in getting each very long table to be perfect was incredible. We definitely felt we had VIP service! The ladies who set up and broke down were so nice and gracious to all of us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You will not be disappointed!

Amy and her team did such a wonderful job on our wedding flowers! After interviewing several florists, we decided on Amy/MI Honeybee Flowers for several reasons. Clear and down-to-earth communication, willingness to work with our budget, and creative ideas to help make our vision a reality. Our wedding day (7/25/21) was a super hot and humid day in Detroit, but our flowers and greenery lasted so well throughout the outdoor event. Don't look any farther for your wedding florist!

I gave Amy free reign with our flowers and am so happy I did! The flowers were gorgeous - the bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, centerpieces and arbor were stunning!
It was so easy to work with Amy, she was responsive and professional throughout and was very patient in answering any questions we had.
We had to reschedule once due to the pandemic, and Amy made that as stress free possible.

Amy was wonderful bringing my bouquet vision to life. I couldn’t have been happier with my bouquet or my bridesmaids. I had given Amy the colors and style I wanted of my bouquet and let her choose the best florals. She was wonderful to work with during the planning process and was always willing to change things if need be.
Amy did an outstanding job. She was always responsive, worked with us on budget and helped with changes we made over time. Amy from MI Honeybee Flowers is absolutely incredible to work with! We had an extremely short timeline to work with and Amy made it happen and the flowers were beautiful - I received so many compliments on the bouquet. I let Amy take the lead on the flowers completely and just told her the wedding colors and shared a Pinterest board and she took my vision and made it into something WAY more beautiful. The communication was easy and Amy was always on top of any questions or concerns I had - even accommodated a last minute addition to our flower list. I can’t say enough amazing things about Amy!! She made all of my flower dreams come true. I showed her a few pictures on Pinterest of what I liked and she delivered BEYOND my expectations. I had multiple guests tell me they were the most beautiful flowers they had ever seen - and even some girls say “sorry, don’t be mad but I want exactly these flowers for my wedding” while taking detailed pictures of everything! LOL! Not only is Amy kind, professional, and quick to return your calls/emails - she is incredibly talented and her love for what she does really shines through her work. I can’t thank her enough for everything!!! Hire her for all of your floral needs-you will NOT be disappointed.
Let me start by saying I REALLY struggled with choosing a color scheme for our wedding. On my first phone call with Amy, we talked through the different visions I had and she really helped me narrow my color focus and helped me figure out what flowers and styles of arrangements I liked best. Cut to about a year after we had originally booked Amy when we were sure we were going to have to change our reception from being inside the Royal Park ballroom to outside in the Park Pavilion tent because of COVID. This totally changed my vision for the reception and many of our floral needs. After one phone call, Amy had an updated proposal for me. Shortly after that, COVID restrictions for events changed again and the reception was back on for inside the ballroom. Amy rolled with all punches that were thrown at us and completely exceeded my expectations on our wedding day. The florals were STUNNING. The bridal bouquet was a total statement piece. Amy talked me into these adorable hoops for the flower girls that turned out amazing. The arch was the perfect backdrop for our conservatory ceremony and photo backdrop for our guests when we moved it into the reception space. Amy made sure that almost everything she did could be used in multiple ways so that we could maximize our budget and impact. I absolutely recommend MI Honeybee Flowers!

Amy L. of Honeybee Flowers did an AMAZING job for my wedding - 09/28/2019! She matched the colors and flower style PERFECTLY. All of her arrangements for the tables were gorgeous and so were her stands - votives, flower pedals and candle holders etc... She is so sweet, caring, and TRULY an artist with flowers. She put the magical and fairytale SPIRIT into these flowers.
Not only did she do such an amazing job with the flowers, but she made sure they were FRESH so we could donate them to Troy Beaumont the next day- the patients adored them and Honeybee not only made my wedding day gorgeous but made so many lonely patients at Troy Beaumont Hospital SMILE :) Thank you Amy!
Amy was AMAZING to work with during this process. My work schedule was super busy during the planning process, so we only had a few meetings, but Amy absolutely knocked it out of the park. We had a hexagon arch made and Amy crafted an absolutely breathtaking piece for it. Can not thank her and her team enough!
Working with Amy and MI Honeybee Flowers was absolutely amazing! Amy is extremely knowledgeable and was helpful from our first phone call to the very end. I know next-to-nothing about flowers, and she recommended a lot of great options, all while working within our budget. Our bouquets were beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned. Amy was even able to work parts of my mom's veil into the handle of my bouquet, which meant a lot to both my mom and myself. You can tell she cares about each couple, their vision and she especially cares about flowers! You will not regret working with Amy!!
I'm honestly not sure how Amy pulled off our wedding floral! I was working with Amy for about a year (yes I was that bride) to make sure our flowers were perfect, and when she delivered our bouquets they were beyond my expectations! She is fairly priced, works so well with her customers, will help make suggestions and mock ups if needed. She introduced to me to flowers I had never seen or heard about and I still am over the moon about her work! The centerpieces (I had three different ones) could not have been more stunning! She really cares about her work and it showed! People were basically fighting over flower arrangements by the end of the night wanting to take them how! Wow, just wow! I absolutely love my floral and can't get over how perfect they were! Thank you Amy!

Amy is extremely talented and amazing at what she does. Walking into my ceremony and reception without knowing exactly what to expect, (besides our emails back and forth) I was speechless. What I loved about working with MI Honeybee Flowers is they had so much to offer! From flowers, to alters & arches, to table decor & numbers. We didn't have an exact vision for our flowers and centerpieces and were open to suggestions, and Amy did a great job at giving us different options all while working with our budget. Our flowers, centerpieces & alter all turned out beautifully. Even if you don't know what you want, Amy has a great eye and will create something beautiful for you.
Amy was so amazing for our wedding! I knew what I wanted from our initial meeting over a year before the wedding and then 2 weeks before changed the color of my actual bouquet, and she was totally ok with it and NAILED my vision! Amy is so sweet and a dream come true- I am SO grateful that I had the opportunity to work with her for our wedding! Our centerpieces, bouquets, and ceremony decorations were understated and BEAUTIFUL, which is exactly what I wanted. Amy did a fantastic job with the flowers for our wedding and reception. The bouquets were absolutely beautiful and smelled lovely. Amy really paid attention to what I said that I wanted and, despite us planning the entire event remotely and never meeting face-to-face (my husband and I live out of town and came back to my hometown of Plymouth to get married), everything went off without a hitch. Amy made sure everything was delivered to the church and reception venue on time looking flawless. Amy was also very accommodating with my budget, helping to make suggestions to keep costs down while still delivering the style that I wanted. I highly recommend Amy and MI Honeybee Flowers!
Amy is absolutely amazing! She did such a fantastic job for our wedding - we gave her just a general idea of what we wanted and she exceeded anything that we could have imagined for ourselves. Our guests raved about our flowers and the bouquets were spectacular! I feel like I could go on and on about the work Amy did - if you are getting married in the Detroit area do not use anyone else but MI Honeybee Flowers!
I absolutely LOVED working with Amy, and my flowers were beyond beautiful. I loved my bouquet and it stayed alive for about a week after my wedding. Amy set up the archway and dropped off the bouquets at one location then drove to my other location (30 mins) and set up all of the centerpieces and other decor.
I also hired her for day-of-decor setup and that went perfectly! She met me ahead of time at the reception venue so we could go over the placement of all of the items. Everything turned out exactly as I imagined it.

I used MI Honey Bee Flowers for both my florist and my wedding coordinator and was unbelievably pleased by both services. After chatting with several other floral companies I felt just like a number, but with Amy I felt very comfortable and secure she knew what she was talking about and doing. The flowers were beyond breathtaking. Everything I imagined and explained, Amy made a reality. The peonies and greenery made my day! Amy was extremely accommodating and flexible because I kept changing my mind on details. I am so happy with the coordination services of the wedding day too. Amy truly understood my vision from our first phone conversation (despite my complete lack of knowledge of floral). Our wedding arraignments were gorgeous and I am SO happy I chose her. I especially respected that she didn’t try to up sell me like the other florists I requested quotes from. I really felt like she cared about me and my wedding I got dozens of compliments and I would/will gladly recommend Amy & Honeybee to anyone looking for a florist!

When I first was looking at florists I was shocked by the amount of florists that disregarded my budget with their estimates and emphasized bigger is better, which is not my personality at all. The first thing that stood out to me with Amy was that she was not overly pushy to increase my budget and she is passionate about what she does!! I was planning a wedding from out of state and she was so easy to work with. She listened to my vision, was very prompt with all correspondences (even when she was on vacation--I saw on instagram) and was very flexible with any of the changes I made. She reassured me in a couple of my pre-wedding panics and offered contacts for other vendors. The bouquets turned out more beautiful than I ever could have imagined! I had concerns that I picked out spring-like flowers for my October wedding and Amy made sure that was not the case at all. When I saw the centerpieces, I was blown away. They were absolutely gorgeous and perfect in every single way!! She told us how to keep the flowers to use them for our morning after brunch, and the flowers STILL looked good by the end of the weekend. I would recommend MI Honeybee Flowers a thousand times over again and can't give her enough thanks for making our wedding the most beautiful start to the rest of our lives!!

We loved working with MI Honeybee Flowers. Amy is so sweet and super talented! Flowers are something I had a vague idea of what I wanted but I honestly don't know much about flowers. Amy really helped me hone in on the look I was looking for within the budget I was looking for. She made adjustments according to our budget without us having to sacrifice the overall style we wanted.

We loved our experience with MI Honeybee Flowers!!! Amy is so easy to work with and made the whole process effortless! The bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, low centerpieces, high centerpieces and the garland along the head table were all perfection! Amy brought my vision to reality! In our meeting to discuss plans, Amy was super knowledgeable and receptive to my ideas. She worked with me to use in-season and lower cost alternatives to still get the look I wanted. She quoted me a price that was almost half of what other florists estimated, and the results were everything that I wanted and more.
Throughout the entire process, Amy was SO easy to work with and very responsive. It was convenient to use paypal for the payments as well. I had a large wedding and bridal party and everything was executed flawlessly, don't let that be a worry since it seems like a small operation. :)
The first time I teared up on the day of my wedding was when the flowers were delivered! They were so beautiful and everybody just adored them. Definitely meet with Amy to see what she can do for your wedding!!
Amy did a fabulous job on my flowers for my recent wedding! We spoke throughout the engagement about ideas that I had and flowers that I specifically wanted. On the day of, when I walked into a room full of flowers I was blown away! The bridesmaids bouquets were absolutely stunning! They were almost exactly what I envisioned. All of our centerpieces were gorgeous! I would recommend her to any bride to be that loves flowers as much as I do! They also lasted for almost 2 weeks afterwards! I loved having them all over my house for decoration. She is amazing!
I absolutely loved working with MI Honeybee Flowers!! I was planning my wedding from overseas and did not have much of face to face interaction. However, MI Honeybee Flowers was very responsive to all of my emails and texts. I was a very indecisive bride and just kept changing my mind until the week of my wedding. We also had an issue with one of flowers the week of my wedding and MI Honeybee Flowers came up with a plan B which turned out better than my plan A was. MI Honeybee Flowers was always so nice and friendly even with all of my changes, and genuinely wanted everything to be perfect. On the wedding day, the flowers were amazing. She exceeded my expectation. I truly cannot expressed how much I loved all the flowers she arranged. And she even went above and beyond making sure all the décor and the flowers were matching, creating an absolute fairytale setting for our ceremony and reception. It was such a pleasure working with her!! My best friend is having her wedding flowers done by MI Honeybee Flowers in August and I cant wait to see Amy and the flowers she will create. She is the best!

MI Honeybee Flowers made my wedding day perfect! Amy was amazing to work with, and trust me I did not make the process easy!! I didn't have any specific flowers in mind, nor even really a color, lol - but Amy was able to understand what I was trying to get at and my bouquets and arrangements around the venue were absolutely stunning! After looking at all my pictures, I would say the theme & colors were like a Vintage Romance look.
