stomer service, website, and envelope options were all disappointing. We had to hire a separate vendor to redo all of the envelopes after Minted was unable to provide us with acceptable product. Dealing with customer care was extremely difficult and ultimately we could not get things resolved with several parts of our invitation suite. Their website is difficult to navigate, glitchy, and its editing functions seem a decade behind. The customer service failures with our invitation order not only caused significant stress, but also caused us to send them out a few weeks after we had planned. After we sent out our invitations, we chose to use different vendors for the rest of our printing needs. While Minted did offer us a partial refund after some effort on our part (again, poor customer service), overall the experience was poor. We cannot recommend Minted.

rder - the system they use to create the designs is slow and bulky. I ordered my escort cards yesterday (reviewed the proof) and submitted. It looked like there weren't any names on the order. I reached out to customer service and they assured me that there were. Come to find out, suddenly my order did not have any guest names on it. I had to INDIVIDUALLY retype every single guest and table number. They told me they could not reimburse the $50 credit I had, but offered 10% off ($16). Unreal. Stay away. Designs are cute but not worth the slow customer service and stress.

utiful our stationary was. We picked a Diamonte package by Leah Bisch. It had a small bit of gold foil that added a nice touch to the overall appearance. Shipping depended on how quickly you could approve a returned proof, but it tended to be very quickly. Everything was shipped very carefully and nothing was even close to be damaged in the process. I only took away a star because it was still rather expensive. You are getting a great quality product but be prepared to spend upwards of $800 for a 115 person wedding between invitations, RSVP cards, and reception cards alone. Add on top of that any programs or place cards or anything like that, and stationary will easily cost you well over a grand.

protective too. The pre-addressed envelopes looked really nice and were a cute touch I wasn't expecting. The only complaint I have is their customer service kind of sucks. When I got my final proof for my invitations there was an error - they had copied in their sample proof onto my RSVP card instead of the design I had spent hours designing on the website. It took a bunch of emails/calls to resolve which was really annoying. Once it was resolved though, they were perfect. I wanted my thank yous to match my theme so I ended up placing that order with them too and did not have any issues. Overall I would use them again, just would also recommend waiting until they have a discount code to make it a little more affordable....and giving a little extra time in case you need to take care of back-and-forth with the proofs. Overall great products and love to support the individual artists.

orth it. As a very decisive bride, I knew exactly the type of invitations I wanted for my big day. I was ecstatic when I saw that Minted had exactly the design I was looking for. When I went to the creative page to customize my invitations, I was very impressed with the ease of customization and found the site to be very user-friendly. When I finished my design and made it totally how I wanted it to be, I clicked submit and a button that explained I agreed that my design was ready to be printed and that I did not need an individual to look over my design - my design was perfect for me and my needs, and I did not need any edits. However, about 24 hours later, I received "an updated proof" of my design in my inbox. I was appalled when I realized Minted completely changed my design without my permission and undid my hard work to create the perfect wedding invitation for me. I sent back the proof with my corrections, and again, about 24 hours later, I received "an updated proof" in my inbox of corrections made to my invitations without my permission that were not to my liking. This process went on for a few weeks. After phone calls and emails expressing the violation I felt as a customer of someone taking the liberty to edit my invitations (edits that contained errors actually) without my permission, it took seven or eight proofs to finally get my invitations back to the original design I had created. Like I wrote earlier, I am very happy with my final design, but I am very unhappy with the process it took to get there. The customer service team did not seem to legitimize my concern and offered me a 20% off coupon for my next order, despite the fact I explicitly said I will never order from them again. I do not recommend Minted.

ty is good. -Customization options. -Designer made a change to my design that actually made it look better! Which I really appreciated. -From placing order to receiving invitation suite only took about 10 days. -They provide little pieces of vellum to place in between your invite and RSVP card for when you mail your suite to your guests, to avoid bleeding. Cons: -No outer/inner envelope options. They only have 3 envelope sizes - 1 to fit the 5x7 cards, 1 for square cards, and 1 for the RSVPs. I ended up having to use a different site to purchase outer envelopes, so I was not able to take advantage of Minted's free guest address printing service. Their envelopes for 5x7 invites are 5.25x7.25, so I had to use another vendor to buy 5.5x7.5 outer envelopes. -When my invitation suite came, there was some type of ink smudge on the plastic that the vellum was packaged in. Some of it got on 1 of the RSVP envelopes and 1 of the invitation envelopes. Not the end of the world, as I fortunately ordered extra envelopes. -Even with the 20% off, I felt that the price was just a tad high. Not terrible, though. -The fact that if you want a back to your invitations (other than just plain white), there is an extra charge. Overall, I really liked the design quality and the help of the design consultant. I definitely see myself ordering from Minted in the future, for rehearsal dinner invitations, thank you cards and even birthday invitations, Holiday cards, etc.

They custom-made a monogram to fit our style, and helped us tweak the design down to the last detail. The printing and quality of the invitations were nothing but phenomenal. Not only did we love our invitations, but our guests were THRILLED with their classic feel—they were worth every penny!
