The more detailed information and background data you provide, the more detailed and accurate offer we would be able to create. We will demonstrate stylistics and possible event concepts with mood boards and pallet examples. We will provide a very approximate estimate to make sure we are on the same page. wedding, they were great at communicating and quickly responded to all message/phone calls/emails/etc. and were very flexible as my husband and I updated/edited our flowers up until a few days before the wedding. All of the arrangements looked beautiful and I was very happy with the quality of the flowers!
The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is due to some communication deficits the day of the wedding. The boutenniers were dropped off at the ceremony location 5 minutes before the wedding began which caused some stress to the groom/my MOH. Also, after the ceremony, we had to be out of the church after 30 minutes and no one was there from Bouq Box to take the flowers. My husband's parents ended up transporting them to the venue. My MOH could not get ahold of anyone from Bouq Box during this time.
Aside from this, everything was great and I would still recommend Bouq Box.

We got married at the Garfield Park Conservatory, so we did not want to go over the top with floral decorations (because the venue already provided that). It was so easy to work with Susanna and her team - we gave her some guidance in terms of what we did and did not like (more of the latter, actually), and she truly delivered - the centerpieces and bouquets were stunning - exactly what I had hoped for. The best part, Bouq Box did not require a minimum order size, so we were able to get the exact flowers we needed without busting our budget.

The flowers were stunning, and I received a lot of compliments on how they really brought the whole ceremony and reception site together. Bouq Box also worked with my mother for the bridal luncheon and my mother-in-law for the rehearsal dinner, and the arrangements at these other two events were absolutely stunning.
In addition to beautiful flowers, the Bouq Box team is extremely professional and takes all of the worry and planning off your shoulders for the big day. Lizzie is super easygoing and is there to do exactly what you want and within your stated budget. She handled all of the communication with my venue manager, and I did not have to worry about a single aspect of the flowers on the wedding day. She also went above and beyond to pick up the flowers and deliver them to our Sunday brunch spot so that they could be re-purposed. I could not be happier with how the flowers turned out for the wedding and I plan to use them for any future floral needs.
