d then shipped to me in Michigan. The end of July came around and the beginning of August and I hadn't heard anything about my dress. I had to call over three times and leave multiple voicemails to finally hear from them. They said due to high load that it is pushed back to the end of August. Less than ideal, but it would be fine. End of August and beginning of September comes around and I still hadn't heard from them. I had to call over three times (again) and leave multiple voicemails (again) before hearing back from them. They said that good news and it will be arriving in their store on Friday (9/8/17) and that they will call me tomorrow (Friday) with a tracking number. Well Friday rolls around and I hadn't heard anything. I assumed that they forgot to call with the tracking number. I called on Monday and left a voicemail and didn't hear back. So Tuesday I call again and finally get ahold of someone who said that she "assumed someone had contacted me". The dress was not in and they are not sure that it will get in, but they will let me know when they have an update. (This is three weeks before my wedding). They finally locate my dress and it's sitting in a warehouse in Las Vegas. She asked for one more day to get it overnighted. I said that I will give her 24 hours and then I will be requiring a refund to try and scramble to find something off-the-rack. She was able to get it shipped to the store and then did have it overnighted to me in Michigan. So, I got my dress 2.5 weeks before my wedding and 2.5 months later than promised. Luckily, my dress fits and only needs minor alterations. I have to pay for rushed alterations, which I should not have had to. They did pay for the overnight shipping, which I was told I would have to at first. Overall, I am VERY disappointed on how my purchase/dress was handled. There is a complete lack of communication SO many times and a lot of assumptions were made. I always had to reach out and initiate contact to get an update. I would have to call 3+ times and leave multiple voicemails before they would contact me. This/they completely ruined the experience for me. I was so frustrated at points that I wished they wouldn't be able to get it to me, so I would get a refund and just find something else, because I did not want to do business with them.

second dress I tried on out of probably 6-7 that I pulled. She was super awesome and so was the rest of the staff. Very knowledgeable. I can't wait until my dress comes in!! Thank you Premire Bride for helping me find MY perfect dress!!!

anuary is almost over and still no closer to having my dress and when I call no one call give me an answer. My wedding is in 2 month. I am started to stress and worry that it will not be here in time for alterations.

got what they needed and I was on my own. I got a phone call that the dress was on its way...2 weeks later is when it arrived. Their alterations person charges too much money. I then had to go somewhere else to get alterations done. When I took my dress back to get pressed, I was told that they need 5 days to press. Luckily they made an "exception" for me even though my dress came later and their alterations person is a rip off. My dress was beautiful. I just wish I went with a company that was going to treat me and my bridesmaids like it was on the 1st day we went.

out this amazing place. However, after that I did not have such great experiences. I made an appointment for my bridesmaids to pick out dresses weeks in advance thinking an appointment means something.... Even though I had an appointment and told people I was there, I could not find anyone to help me. All the staff was on the bridal side. We had to ask twice for help. They didn't even have any of the dresses we were looking for to try on, but we thought we could still order from them. We finally got some help, but the person disappeared 10 minutes into our appointment. Turns out she went to lunch and never to us or found anyone else to help us!! I was so disappointed in the costumer service I received we left and went to Black tie and Bridal Lace. It is very unfortunate that Premier Bride lost out on close to a $1,000 sale on bridesmaid dresses because of poor costumer service. There are a few good people, but more rude people than anything. y dress alteration done here as well as pressing my dress. They were great at sizing up my dress and the alterations were to perfection, but they were a bit pricey.

ill deciding in a private event with a designer. We did order a dress way too big but I did loose some weight but I altered to fit me perfect! They have a great selection and very resonable prices! The store is beautiful and clean, and they let us bring in champagne while I tried on dresses with my girlfriends! I definitley recommend going there!
