uck, which I could see a $125 travel fee for, there was a van with food already prepared that was heated in chafing trays. I also don't believe we got the entree we agreed upon. There was a delicious glaze that was missing. I probably wouldn't use this company for a large gathering again, but it wasn't awful food.

They have fantastic food (usually), but their truck broke down on the way to our venue causing our appetizers to be 40 min late & food to be served immediately after. We has tons of leftovers because their was no time between. :(

. We had limited space in our reception location and actually set up the buffet on the dance floor. The staff were able to have the buffet set up, get the guests fed, clear the tables and have everything packed up and out of our way without us really seeing them. I don't know how they did it! I would highly recommend Schnitzelbank. We also used their cake service to cut and serve the cake that we purchased from another vendor but did not use their bar service.

shes, as well traditional wedding food. The staff was more than patient and hospitable to us and our horrible venue staff (Wooded Glen Conference & Retreat Center in Henryville IN). I must give them extra points for keeping the food hot and making sure our guests had plenty to eat. They even made a special vegitarian dish for my soon to be mother in law. The rolls are to die for! The prices were the best I found in the local area. We had tons of food leftover and they were sure to pack them home with us. Believe me brides this is one meal you won't want to miss!
