Not only did I have to pay for shipping (for a $200 dress) I had to pay shipping to return the dress and pay shipping fees for a third time to reorder another size. The company does not offer exchanges. Horrible customer service for a company that sells high priced goods.

Absolutely ridiculous that Show Me Your MuMu is not more sympathetic, given they represent an industry that has gone through a lot of sadness and frustration over the last 15 months.

ook the dress off it already showed marks. There was no bag to hang the dress in when I got it which would have been nice to have until the wedding day considering the fabric is so fragile. There are also no care instructions for how to take care of the dress which would be nice.

hit return it goes to blank page that says Bad URL. The dress that did fit looks like it has been washed and resent full of wrinkles. I hope that the wrinkles will come out after reading another review that has had the same problem as me.. Please don't waste your money or time. First Company I have ever been duped by!!!

ch with and when I finally received an email from them they contradicted a previous email they sent to me about returning my dress. Since I have never ordered with them before, I ordered a size that I was unsure of. Since I have gotten it - it didn’t fit like I would have liked so I reached out to try to exchange or return the dress. I have been emailing every other day only to have received a short response several days later - that didn’t even answer my question. Following this, they later contradicted their email saying that they do not accept returns right now, although they had said in the previous email they would. I am super frustrated with this shop and I would never recommend it to anyone. Weddings are stressful enough and online shopping can be hard - since you may not know or like how it fits. I was expecting an easier and faster service to correct the sizing. But since it has been such a chore - I would never order through here again with not knowing if I am able to return or even hear back from the customer service in a reasonable time.

y and I probably would’ve looked better wearing a sheet. To be honest, the dress looks better in the photos than it did in person. The bride chose all different dress styles and material from show me your mumu and I wouldn’t say any of them looked good. I know some of the the girls had issues with the sizes being off too- too big and too small. I strongly advise you to stay away from this company and use a reliable bridesmaid dress company if you want your bridesmaids and photos to look good. Show me your mumu should be ashamed.

My bridesmaids confirmed that the dresses arrived on time, and that returns were simple and easy. The only issue was the length of the dresses - they were very long and required hemming; however, our bridesmaids were each relatively short, so as a taller person myself, I thought this was actually fantastic! The price for the dresses was also extremely reasonable, especially when you consider that the dresses can be worn again. Thank you for making our wedding day beautiful!

n my life. Tissues are thicker. It was thin, and already fraying and unraveling. It was also tiny so I couldn't even tell what the color actually even was! Post it notes are bigger. I just can't even explain to you how thin and cheap the fabric was. Thin, completely see through and cheap. Like a cross between the really cheap single layer toilet paper and cheesecloth. And they charged me almost $10 for shipping! I paid $10 for someone to ship me a tiny piece of blue toilet paper. Awesome. I would NEVER order or even look at this website again.
