Stephanie was phenomenal to work with! She made our engagement pictures feel so fun and effortless. Our wedding day went so smoothly, all thanks to her and her organization! She truly had everything thought of and accounted for. She’s not only a fantastic photographer, but an amazing human as well. She was so easy to work with, so kind and thoughtful and truly took the time to understand what was most important to my husband and I on our special day. I would 1000% recommend Stephanie!

Flashback to 2021. I was scrolling through TikTok and came across a video from Stephanie talking about wedding photography. She seemed so fun and positive in that video, I decided to watch a few of her others and check out her work. I was not even engaged at the time and I knew right then and there I wanted Stephanie to capture my future wedding. If this doesn’t speak to how incredible her photos are and how great her personality is, I don’t know what does! After getting engaged, I was so excited to be able to finally hire her! From the first interaction to the very last, it was clear that Stephanie wanted to capture our day perfectly and I knew I had made the right decision. During the pre-wedding timeframe, she was readily available for any questions or concerns I had. She checked in frequently (but not too frequently!) to make sure everything was falling into place, especially with the timeline! She also checked in as a friend leading up to the day, to make sure we were remembering to enjoy the process and enjoy being engaged! I think this time spent really getting to know us as a couple ahead of time translated into the perfect pictures. Day of the wedding — I could write a whole novel. I don’t know how someone can manage to be so present and capture every single picture we could have wanted, while being so in the background at the same time, but Stephanie did just this. We received 1400+ pictures back and we cherish every single one of them. In one of our planning meetings leading up to the wedding day, she asked us to list a few special people that we wanted her to be sure to capture at all stages of the day. We both immediately knew these special people were our grandparents. The photos she captured of our grandparents talking with family, smiling, enjoying the day, and even dancing are one of a kind and something we will hold close to our hearts forever. People told me leading up to the wedding that “you spend so much money on pictures you will look at once and never again”. Here we are, 10 months later and I have looked at the pictures more times than I can count. The beautiful photos are hanging throughout our house and they are the first thing guests compliment when they come over. Stephanie will still occasionally post snippets from our wedding day on her social media with the sweetest captions and tag us. It is such a small thing, but truly brightens our day every time we see it come across and it just reinforces that we made the right decision hiring her. We absolutely love her and cannot recommend her enough!

Stephanie was absolutely incredible and I cannot recommend her enough. I made the mistake when planning my wedding of not hiring a planner and trying to do everything myself, which I don't think I would have even been able to pull off without Stephanie. She is extremely organized and has endless helpful resources in all aspects of wedding planning. My day-of coordinator from the venue was disappointing but Stephanie was on top of the schedule and keeping things moving. I can be a ball of anxiety and she was consistently reassuring and calming. She was great at herding my family for pictures, navigating the not-so-great weather, and being patient during all the craziness. Apart from her being an all around amazing person, her photography skills are top notch. I have the most extraordinary pictures of my wedding day thanks to her and consistently am told from friends and family how unbelievable my photographer and pictures are. I have never seen someone more organized. My husband and I, but especially him, can be very awkward behind a camera and Stephanie did the perfect amount of posing but at the same time making us look natural and not forced at all. Choosing Stephanie as our wedding photographer was the best decision we could have made! She is so down to earth and fun to work with. Stephanie is always so responsive via email or text and willing to answer any possible question you could have regarding your wedding. She arrived early to the venue on the wedding day and immediately knew where she was going to start taking the detail pictures. From there on it was such a smooth and fun process working with her! She would always ask for my opinion on how I would like a certain picture to be taken, but I was always fully confident that whatever she recommended was going to be perfect. She has such a great eye for photos and is so professional, I could not have picked anybody better. Our wedding party and close family were very impressed with how good she was at directing everybody for poses during pictures and putting everybody at ease. I was also amazed how she was able to capture pictures of nearly all of our guests at one point or another and that was a nice treat when viewing our gallery. She does such a great job with delivering finished photos in a timely manner, for the engagement session as well as the wedding. I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie! She was phenomenal from the day we booked her. She is very organized and so personable. She cares about her couples in every way. Stephanie was AMAZING!! She went above and beyond her duties as our photographer to make our day the ABSOLUTE best day of our lives. No words I say will even do her justice! Stephanie did an AMAZING job photographing our wedding on 8/13/22. From our first conversation to our last she has been professional, kind, honest, and organized. Her photos are light and bright with a happy feel. I LOVE our wedding photos! we got a sneak peek the day after our wedding and a blog post by Stephanie 3 days after the wedding with about 100 edited pictures! I LOVED this because I was so excited to look back at the day and I didn't want to wait! Also, it rained the WHOLE wedding day. Stephanie came prepared for the rain with places planned for pictures and with clear umbrellas for us to take pictures in. Stephanie was amazing from the beginning to the end. Starting with our engagement session she made the best calls as it began to rain during it and the outcome were stunning. Before the wedding day she was always happy to answer questions, hop on calls and was super communicative and prompt with ourselves, our wedding coordinator and anyone else we asked her to speak to. Once Stephanie got to California she was so helpful in photographing our welcome event the day before our wedding. On the wedding day she was early, ready to go and did not miss a beat, or a special moment. We got married in over 100 degree weather in direct sunlight, and she moved us so quickly and got everyone through the day with ease. Once we received our gallery we could not have been happier with how our photos turned out. I cannot rave enough about her skill set, photographs, professionalism, communication and overall amazement of all the things she captured leading up and on our wedding day. While Stephanie lists herself as a wedding photographer, she is being incredibly humble because she provides SO much more than just standing behind a camera and capturing images of your big day. She singlehandedly created our day-of timeline which was immensely helpful in planning/navigating every detail of the day. Stephanie also has a fanny pack that she totes around with her and whenever anyone needed something, she somehow had it at the ready. I think it may have been bottomless and fueled by magic. We first met Stephanie on Zoom for a coffee date to get to know one another and to discuss our engagement, love story, and rapidly approaching wedding date. During this meeting I discretely wrote a note to my fiancé that read, “LOVE her. OK to hire?” and he immediately agreed. Stephanie encouraged us to take our time considering her as an option and we did not need to take a second longer. We knew Stephanie was the perfect fit for our wedding photographer. She also agreed to an engagement session on lake Michigan in single-digit temperatures, which we so appreciated considering she publicly dislikes freezing temperatures. Now that you know how amazing Stephanie is as a human, let’s discuss her craft: photography. Our wedding day was the greatest day of our lives for so many reasons. The day went by in the blink of an eye, which was really sad for us. Luckily Stephanie was not around to shoot me actively sobbing in the bridal suite once the reception was over. We did not want the day to end. Three days after the wedding Stephanie sent us our blog post. THREE. DAYS. We were both so sucked into the photos and the day all over again. So much so that we forgot we were on our honeymoon. Fast forward to less than three weeks after the wedding and our full gallery was ready to go. We are beyond obsessed with the photographs and have so enjoyed reliving our big day through them. No one prepared me for how sad I would be when our photography time ended. When Stephanie came up to say goodbye, I reminder thinking, “that’s it?”. My husband and I are trying to figure out ways to keep her around moving forward. Stephanie is incredible!!! We found her on TikTok and were beyond thrilled when we were able to book her for our wedding. As anyone can tell from her website, the photos and editing are beautiful. We now have so many amazing engagement, rehearsal dinner, and wedding photos it’s hard to even choose a few favorites. Beyond that she is an absolute delight to work with. She has so much knowledge about weddings and so many great tips, and went above and beyond in so many ways (including fixing my dress strap when I got overwhelmed with trying to fix it myself). She was fantastic with all communication beforehand, including timeline planning, and after. We had a very small guest list, and she was able to fit in with everyone so well. The only way you would guess she wasn’t just part of the family/ close friends invited (aside from incredible photography skills) is that she could actually coordinate everyone (and everything!) perfectly, especially as we had some hiccups in the day. All of our guests cannot stop talking about how awesome she was as a person and how great the photos are. I would 100% recommend Stephanie for your wedding, and can’t wait to book her again myself next time I need any photos taken.

We found Stephanie on tik tok and we were slightly obcessed. From the tips that she shared to her beautiful photography we knew we wanted to use her for our wedding. I (micaela) actually got Stephanie to photograph my proposal to Kylie! She was so accommodating responding to my hundreds of emails, and even helped find a second location when the first one was no longer there. Fast forward to amazing engagement photos in Chicago, and several zoom conversations regarding timeline (hello planning and organizing queen Stephanie !!)and it was finally our wedding day. Well actually rehearsal. She helped choreograph how our bridal party should enter and made sure we ran it enough times to get it perfect. The day of the wedding, she showed up so early, took thousands of beautiful photographs and made sure the whole day ran smoothly. Stephanie even helped kylie and I fix a minor seating chart issue. Stephanie was wonderful to work with. We are very happy with how our photos turned out. She was very in tune with what we needed on our wedding day and helped us get time away together to get photos just the two of us. Updating to add - her communication was very lacking after our wedding. Took 9 months to get our wedding album, sometimes with us sending two or three emails before getting a response. Pretty frustrating. She did eventually respond and apologize saying there was a glitch with her email. But now we have reached out again twice with no response as we have an issue with our album warping (not anything that is her fault, we were just hoping to get contact info for the publisher to see if there was anything they could do for us)

Stephanie made both our engagement photos and elopement photos amazing! We made some changes for both sessions and she was so flexible and willing to find us the right spots. She is fun and energetic to work with and made the posing easy. Her pricing is very affordable and the pictures all turned out wonderful! We LOVE LOVE LOVE Stephanie!!! I booked her last minute when our original photographer fell through. She traveled to our wedding in Southgate, MI and she exceeded expectations!! Her bright, joyful style is exactly what I wanted in our wedding photos. It’s hard to even put into words how excellent it was working with Stephanie...From start to finish, she was always responsive to emails and texts, and was willing to meet up in person (pre-COVID) or video chat whenever we had questions or wanted to chat. Theres no way to truly describe how incredible Stephanie is, shes professional, kind, funny, and an amazing photographer. here is a bit of our story and how she turned a bad situation into an amazing experience. We have been through hell and back with our wedding. Our originally date was in July but my sister died on our wedding day so we had to move it and due to scheduling conflicts, had to find another photographer in a pinch. Through connections my Aunt found Stephanie and I could not have been happier with our experience. She was so kind and understanding. She made us laugh and just brought joy to the entire day. We were supposed to have an outdoor wedding but it downpoured all day so we had to move it inside. Which I did not want to do obviously, but Stephanie made the best of it and the pictures she took were better then I ever could have imagined. They were so bright and happy and she brought out our genuine smiles in all her photos. She is extremely organized and the gallery you get with all your photos is seperated by each part of the day (getting ready, first look, bridal party photos, ceremony, reception, etc). She got our photos back to us in just 4 weeks! For around 650 photos! And all of them were perfect. All in all I would highly recommend Stephanie Parshall to anyone and everyone.

I chose Stephanie seemingly at random from within The Knot planning app, I liked the look of her website and her work; we set up a meeting to get to know one another and from that first meeting I was completely sold, I knew that with Stephanie as our photographer we would have nothing but beautiful photos! Photography was something that was extremely important to us both but sometimes my fiancé is a hard sell, he is overly skeptical and in his own words “unphotogenic”. At my insistence we booked Stephanie and did our engagement session with her. Our session could not have been more fun and relaxing. Stephanie’s constant coaching and posing tips made us feel at ease and it absolutely showed in our finished pictures. After we received our engagement photos, we both had complete confidence in Stephanie and her work. Stephanie was involved in many steps of our planning process, met with us often and was always just an e-mail away should I have questions or concerns. Stephanie built the timeline for our wedding day and she did everything in her power to keep us to it; we received many compliments that our wedding ran on schedule and that was all thanks to Stephanie, she kept the bridal party in line and things moving forward which I knew would be a difficult task as many of our party are easily distractible. Stephanie is extremely detail oriented and professional but at the same time fun and easy going, her laughter and smiles as she is shooting make you feel like you are working with a friend, not someone who is over serious, she is no nonsense at times but it is definitely needed, especially on the wedding day. Another major highlight for us was Stephanie’s flexibility and willingness to go outside of the box, my fiancé and are adventurous people who like things done a little different than is typically traditional; Stephanie was all for our wild ideas and made them all look great! Stephanie is an exceptionally gifted photographer and a complete joy to work with. We will certainly be contacting her in the future for all of our photography needs, we feel like we didn’t just meet a photographer, we met a friend!

Where do I begin when recommending Stephanie Parshall?? From the moment we met (at Starbucks in Kalamazoo), my fiance and I loved her! She was bright, organized and SOOOOO interested in "our" story. She loves love! Stephanie's talents were evident from her website and through the photos she shared during our Starbucks date - but were absolutely undeniable during our engagement shoot. She was fun, made us feel totally comfortable in front of the camer and truly captured our love, our love spirit. Flash forward to our wedding day - again, Stephanie hit our look and feel right on the head. She even photographed my bouquet with a photo of my late mother and me. That photo is one of my most favorite - and it's just something she did because it felt right and she was tuned into us. I recommend her wholeheartedly!

Stephanie is an amazing wedding photographer!! She helped my wife and I though the entire process. As part of our package, Stephanie came to Pittsburgh to shoot our engagement session and the pictures came out amazing. She was always available for questions and was a great support system for us. The turn around time for the wedding pictures was super fast and they all were fantastic! There were some pictures that were added that we had no idea happened at the wedding, but were so grateful for Stephanie to capture those once in a lifetime moments. Our wedding experience with Stephanie far surpassed our expectations! She was so friendly and accommodating, she even offered suggestions on hair stylists and things to do in the area as we live 6+ hours from where we were married. We have 4 children and she was amazing with them and rolled our rambunctious crew. Stephanie even came up with an impromptu challenge to keep them occupied so she could take some shots of just my husband and I! The photos that she took of us took my breath away! I felt like I was looking in a wedding magazine, but wait… that’s ME! The only tough part?... trying to find which photos I love the most!! Thank you so so much for everything Stephanie!!!

Stephanie goes above and beyond in everything you tell her to do. She is always up for any challenge and does it with grace. On our wedding day, it was 25 degrees and raining. She made our wedding pictures look like it was 80 degrees and sunny! Personally, I never think I look good in photos and I am very hard on myself, except through our couples pictures, our engagement session and our wedding photos that Stephanie has taken, I have never felt more beautiful. She gets to know her clients and sets out to make you feel comfortable and relaxed, because she has got everything under control always!! I almost had a melt down when I was putting on my wedding dress because I couldn't get the tape to stick to my skin to help hold my dress up and Stephanie saved the day! Out of all the people that tried to fix it, Stephanie was the one that got it to stick and I couldn't be more thankful. She truly made our wedding day the best by being extremely organized, bubbly, and in charge! Her photos are breathtaking and I can never stop telling her how awesome she is.

Stephanie is the best of the best! Simply amazing she is not only your photographer but she also helps you to plan out the day of your wedding and makes sure everything goes as planned. She will work with everyone apart of your special day from the pastor, DJ, cater, etc so everyone knows their role. She makes sure to have meetings with you either in person on online/ over the phone so that way your special day is to your liking. The photos are also amazing and worth every penny. 10/10 would recommend her you will not be disappointed.

First off let me start by saying I wouldn't of had anyone else photograph our wedding! Stephanie did such a great job from beginning to end and even in the weeks prior to the wedding. We have used Stephanie for our couple pictures, engagement session, and now as our wedding photographer and each time she went above and beyond. For our wedding day, Stephanie was prepared with a timeline to which she followed to the T just as planned! Which made everything flow and turned out better than I could of imagined. I am so glad that Stephanie was able to do our wedding photos. She was beyond helpful with not only the photos but answering questions that came up about the wedding ceremony and reception. She was my blessing through the whole process especially for this do-it-yourself bride. She was able to keep me calm, cool and collected. Talk about going above and beyond, she is fantastic. During the planning period, the engagement shoot, the wedding day, the delivery of photos etc.. she gave so much more than expected and we genuinely became great friends.... In the lead up to the wedding and on the day I feel like Stephanie was the rock, she was the one who knew everything about the day and timeline of events and how it would all go, which was comforting when things can get stressed. She also gave us great advice when we needed it. We couldn’t be happier with the photos we have, I think Stephanie captured the vibe of the day which was love and fun!

I don't think I can ever say enough about Stephanie and her business. I picked her because she photographed my sister's wedding the summer before and the photos she took were so gorgeous that I had to have her for mine. From the very first meeting and our engagement shoot until we got the final proofs from our wedding, Stephanie was an absolute joy to work with. There are not enough words to say how incredible Stephanie is. Our journey for our wedding photographer started a bit rough. We had hired someone else who was less than impressive and acted as if we were just a paycheck. That’s when we knew we had to find someone else. Luckily we came across Stephanie’s page and set up a meeting. From our first meeting we knew we wouldn’t find anyone better for us and our day. Stephanie made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. She not only answered all of our questions, but took notes and asked us questions as well. It didn’t feel like a business transaction it felt like friends getting together over some coffee and sharing details about our special day. Next was our engagement session, which from our experience before I was very nervous about. However in true Stephanie form, she was able to make those nerves go away. She had us laughing, she learned what our insecurities were in front of the camera and was able to make it feel so comfortable for us. Not only did Stephanie go above on beyond with reaching out to us several times before the wedding, but she was a lifesaver at rehearsal. We feel like with out her there no one would know what they were doing. On our wedding day she was there every step of the way. Helping the guys with boutonnieres, making sure we all were fed and hydrated, going the extra mile and making sure everything was perfect. Capturing all the big moments and getting the details of the small things you wouldn’t imagine anyone could capture. She was also able to provide us our full gallery early, in less than a month after our wedding! If her pictures aren’t enough proof how truly talented she is take it from us when we say you will not find a photographer who is more professional, kind, friendly, personable, honest, and truly amazing than Stephanie.
