Our cake was delicious!!! We loved the cake tasting experience and had a difficult time choosing because ALL of the cakes were amazing. We actually cancelled our other cake tasting appointments and placed our order before leaving. They delivered our cake on our wedding day and set up in a timely manner. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The best cake and bakery ever! Our cake was beautiful, everything we requested (if not more). Our guests raved how good the strawberry chiffon and chocolate cake tasted. It was so fun to do the cake testing too. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Suarez bakery was easy an easy choice! The tasting experience was lovely. We had 5 choices of mini cakes to go through (they have way more than 5 flavors, just what we picked to taste was made) with bottles of water in a little reserved space for us. It was nice and really made me feel like I was getting the wedding planning experience. We knew immediately upon tasting exactly what we wanted for the big day. The cake decorator sat with us to work through the design vision I had and after it was all said and done, the price was right, the service was awesome, and we were sold. When I saw the finished product, I was beyond pleased. Our cake was simply beautiful and tasted just as we remembered. We got many compliments and I give Suarez all the credit! I will be seeing them again soon!

Beautifully designed and executed wedding cake. It was exactly as tasted. We also purchased the donuts and hand-iced cookies which were a huge hit. Would definitely recommend.

We started off scheduling a tasting with Suarez Bakery and were blown away by how delicious all of our options were. It was a struggle to decide on flavors! We ended up creating a small two tier cake to display and cut then a few sheet cakes to have pre-cut and ready to serve to our guests. This by far was the most cost effective option both at Suarez Bakery and definitely more cost effective compared to other bakeries in the area for the same type of order. They were able to deliver everything out to Lake Norman for a small fee, which eliminated our stress over having to potentially transport the cakes ourselves. Will definitely be using Suarez again when I’m in need of a cake for any occasion!

The tasting was an absolute blast and the staff was super knowledgable and friendly. It was easy peasy, we picked our cake, dropped off our flowers the day before and they dropped off a stunning naked cake at our wedding!

We absolutely loved our experience with Suarez. The first meeting where we went cake tasting was awesome. They let us try five different cakes, and pick our favorite. They had a lot of suguestions on how to decorate it as well. We ended up getting a two-tier cake, and then a large sheet cake as well. While we were cutting the two-tier cake, we had the event cut the sheet cake. It was seamless. Oh the most important part, the cake was DELICIOUS. I had compliments from everyone! We couldn't have been happier with the cake. One last thing - they arrived on time. I called two days before - they had everything scheduled and set and really were easy to work with. The last thing you want is to worry - and they made it very simple and easy.

Suárez did an amazing job on our cake and cupcakes for our wedding. They even delivered for us all the way out in Lake Norman! Every encounter I had with the staff was excellent, they worked to give us options in our budget and everything looked and tasted amazing. Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious it was!

Suarez made an amazing grooms cake for me! It was a surprise for my husband and he absolutely loved it! I am not a creative person but Suarez was able to guide me in the design process and create just what I wanted. Would definitely recommend!

I've been purchasing sweet treats from Suárez Bakery for years. I decided to check them out as a vendor for my wedding. This was the first and last place I checked. I filled out an online form and was contacted the same day to set up a consultation/tasting. I was able to try multiple flavors and was given various options for cake types and designs. I pieced together a few looks from Pinterest (and in my head) for how I envisioned my cake. Without any hesitation, she drew up a sketch and promised to make it happen! I decided on a smaller 3 tier cake and an assortment of cupcakes. The decorations were perfect and I was shocked at how reasonably priced everything came out to be. They were flexible on my delivery times. Having an evening wedding, I requested a late delivery and they were able to accommodate. The cake and cupcakes were absolutely delicious! Guests were lining up to take some home! I would definitely recommend Suárez Bakery to any bride or anyone looking for sweet treats for any event.

Suarez Bakery made a variety of cupcakes for our wedding for the guests to enjoy! They were the perfect fit for what we were looking for and they tasted great! Suarez went above and beyond by agreeing to deliver the cupcakes outside of their delivery zone since the venue was a little further than they would normally go. Great dessert option for parties: large and small!

We had a custom almond wedding cake created for our wedding and it was delicious. Multiple guests commented that it was one of the best wedding cakes they've ever had. Our ordering and tasting process with Suarez was seamless. We chose the almond from a few pre-selected options and shared pictures of what we wanted the cake to look like. Suarez was on-time, reasonably priced, and delivered without issue. We've used Suarez for bridal showers and other occasions because our experience with them was so positive. We absolutely recommend!

I've been going to Suarez for years to sample all of their tasty treats, so when it came time to pick a wedding cake vendor, they were my first choice. Luckily, their customer service is just as good as their baked goods. We were able to have a tasting at the shop based on what time we were available, and honestly the hardest part of the whole thing was picking the flavor because they were all so good! Our wedding planner worked with Suarez to make sure the cake arrived at the right time so everything went off without a hitch. I've heard from a few guests that ours was the best they've ever had at a wedding, so give them a call if you're looking for a cake for your special day!

I loved the cake and cupcakes we had for the wedding. We wanted something pretty simple with flowers and they worked with the florist to make sure we had what we wanted. They have lots of cute cookies and other baked goods too if you want more variety. They were easy to work with, and less expensive than a few other vendors that we looked at for the same cake. The cake and cupcakes tasted great - even better than at our tasting!

AMAZING CAKES!!!! My guests were in love with my wedding cake and cupcakes!!! The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because my cake was leaning and we had to have someone support the other side of the cake so it would not fall over. But I would definitely use they services again.

Absolutely the BEST cake in Charlotte, NC with the best prices! I love Carlos and his whole team! Not only did I get my wedding cake here but I will continue to buy birthday cakes from here too! and if you love cookies they are so cute and pretty amazing! Thanks Carlos and Team!!!

Suarez Bakery made the most delicious cake for our wedding! We brought a picture of a gorgeous cake with a gold layer and they worked to match our gold cake topper. The cake looked just like the picture, and was delivered to our venue on time. Suarez is a great choice for your wedding cake!

I wanted a simple one tier cake and the catering consultant worked with me to achieve exactly what I wanted. Most importantly, it was delicious!

Suarez Bakery made both the grooms cake and the wedding cake. Both were unbelievable! The cake was just as great as it was during the tasting if not better. We ended up with a german chocolate grooms cake and a vanilla/almond white wedding cake that looked amazing. The cake was delivered on time and without a hitch and everyone ate nearly every bit. Great job Suarez Bakery!

I got our wedding cake and grooms cake from Suarez bakery. Mr. Suarez himself did the tasting with us and was able to do about anything we asked. The tasting was free (seems like a lot of bakeries charged $20 tasting fee) and his cake was delicious!! The price tag made it even better! This bakery has been in business for a long time here in the Charlotte area and I know why. We received good customer service, prompt answers to our questions and everything was completed as requested. They were even able to take an image I found on the internet and put it on the groom's cake! It was the BEST German chocolate cake I have ever had! I would definitely recommend Suarez baker to others. And not just for weddings!

I had the pleasure of meeting with the owner of Suarez Bakery Carlos. He was just delightful. I sat down with pictures and a color swatch for the cake I selected and they made it picture perfect. The bottom layer was Chocolate with Raspberry, The 2nd layer was key lime(sooo good) and the third layer is in the freezer. I have had so many complements on my cake it was so beautiful. This is a local bakery that has beautiful cakes and delicious food. Stop by for any sweets there you will be happy you did. Thank you for making my wedding cake perfect!

The cupcakes were delicous. Cake was so moist and was just as picture. The only thing that was less that perfect, they forgot to bring our special cupcake but they are making for us special now when we get back from honeymoon.

Neither Dan or I like cake, so we decided to do lemon bars at the reception and for the cake cutting. Little did I know, it was quite difficult to find delicious lemon bars in bulk! I found Suarez Bakery and fell in love with their lemon bars. They were tart, sweet, and had an amazing shortbread-type crust. They were also willing to work with a large order and make a special lemon tart for our cake cutting.

Suarez Bakery's wedding cake was included in our package, however I was greatly pleased with their service. They were very friendly to deal and the cake was amazing. They were able to recreate our vision to a T. They created cute little bride and groom pumpkins for our cake toppers, which turned out wonderful. The cake was delicious and we received many compliments on both the design and taste. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

So, I was instructed to use this bakery because of the package I booked through my venue. I had read some not-so-good reviews of them online and was scared. Well, first off they accomomodated my last minute request for a tasting (i.e. I called that morning) and we ordered that day. Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted wonderful! I tasted both tiers (almond pound and strawberry chiffon) and they were great. I would recommend them to any bride!
