ince my Mom and I would be driving over an hour to come for the consult. Upon our arrival on the appointment date and time, we were 15 minutes early. As we pulled up, the lights were off and the door was locked. We called multiple times and no response. I checked my missed calls and voicemail...nothing. I understand that appointments can be missed and people forget things. However, it is the response to what happened that upset me. Nothing. No response at all. I called the following day to see what happened with our appointment. I spoke to the receptionist who said she would give the message to Julia right away and have her call me. Days later....still no call or anything. Needless to say I am highly disappointed at their unprofessionalism. I would recommend to just avoid the stress and disappointment and book your consultations with other florists!

out my A/C, she put my cake back together with flowers, and it still looked stunning. My flowers were unique and exactly what I envisioned but better. She had great little customs and ideas too. She can be slow to return a call, but keep calling, she's with you 'til the end and will not abandon you nor your heart's content for "the special day." Thank you Julia!
