And how do you set boundaries in your relationship? Yup, she covers all of it. With a decade of digital editorial experience behind her and an unshakable passion for delivering value-filled digital content, you’re definitely in good hands.

Jessica is also a spiritual life coach inspiring and guiding others to master their mindset, cultivate confidence and create a life they love. Jessica was born and raised in sunny Los Angeles. So, when she’s not writing or coaching, you’ll likely find her on a beachy getaway somewhere in SoCal with her fiancé. She also lives for a good Netflix binge and looks forward to rewatching the entire Gilmore Girls series around the holidays each year.

Experience

Jessica started her business as a full-time freelance writer and editor shortly after graduating college and never looked back. She’s had the pleasure of contributing articles on everything from fashion and beauty to weddings and wellness to many well-known print and digital publications over the years, including Refinery29, Bustle, Brides, The Cut, Byrdie, The Zoe Report, Cosmopolitan, THE/THIRTY, Well + Good and many more.

Some career highlights include interviewing some of her favorite celebrities, such as Cindy Crawford, Drew Barrymore and the one and only Jennifer Lopez, and covering red carpet parties and events in Los Angeles where she rubbed shoulders with the stars, literally.

In addition to her editorial work, Jessica also creates content for numerous brands and corporate clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Education

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts in journalism with a concentration on magazine journalism and a minor in sociology from California State University, Northridge, where she graduated at the top of her class—no big deal. While in college, she interned at various local publications including Racked LA, Los Angeles Magazine, Angeleno and Modern Luxury Brides California (now Modern Luxury Weddings) which initially sparked her love for writing about all things weddings.

Appearances & Associations

In 2020, Jessica collaborated with Create & Cultivate to write, create, and host a virtual workshop on manifestation as part of their first-ever digital course, Last 60 Days.

For Hispanic Heritage Month, Jessica penned a personal essay for THE/THIRTY on how spiritual wellness helped her heal as a woman of color.

Jessica has held freelance editor roles at Racked LA, Los Angeles Confidential, and Haute Living covering fashion, beauty, celebrity news, dining and all things luxury.
