day she helped us make our menu perfect. Food was fantastic, a month out we are still getting compliments on our wedding and how tasty the food was and how creative it was to see chana masala and fried catfish and grits served right next to each other!

At the end of the night we finished with gourmet grilled cheeses and beignet fries. The food was unreal. People are still calling me to tell me how wonderful it was. They did not just achieve my vision for the wedding, they far surpassed it. They did both our rehearsal and reception. The staff is personable and kind. I truly cannot say enough great things about Bay Gourmet. If you are looking for a caterer, this is the best by far. Susan and Jamie coordinated my events and they were wonderful. We are so appreciative of everything they did to make our day extra special and stress free. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any type of event. Our guests are still talking about how wonderful the food was!

have such amazing and fun options that are specific to the South. My husband is from New Orleans, and for late night snacks, Sarah made the most amazing beignet fries. The mashed potato bar was to die for, and I am still craving the mini crabcakes. If you want delcious foo and stress-free entertaining, I'd highly recommend Sarah and Bay Gourmet!

the eye. The food was outrageously delicious - I got so many compliments after the wedding! My favorite thing about them (besides delicious food) was their service. I will say their communication is probably not the best (though I almost exclusively communicated via email, so maybe that's why), but the day of, they were on top of everything. My husband and I went up to our honeymoon suite with our photographer immediately after the ceremony to take a few pictures and the caterer had already brought up a spread of food on multiple little plates. There were servings of everything, so we didn't miss out on the food! Then, after the reception, when we got to our room, she had brought up a basket with more little servings of everything, including cake! The caterer cut the cake without charging a cake cutting fee. She also provided a champagne bucket for us. In addition, she was very flexible - I made a change to the menu about 3 days before and she didn't mind at all.

ng was delicious, especially the grits and grillades and oysters on the half shell. All of our family and friends have been raving at how wonderful the food was! We will definitely use them for other functions in the future!
