I purchased my wedding dress from this vendor on a layaway plan from a year and a half before my wedding. This went fine, although somehow in storage, the rhinestone accent on my dress lost several stones that I had to purchase and fix myself. ...(I never found out how a dress in a protective bag would have been damaged in that way.) After the fair success of my wedding dress, I attempted to buy my bridesmaid dresses from this same location to disastrous effect! My girls dresses were all from the same collection, which was to assure that they came in the correct color and styles. The color selected for all four dresses was a bright blue. The color my dresses came in was teal green. When asked about the change, this vendor adamantly told me that this was exactly what I had ordered. To add to the confusion, two of my bridesmaids' order forms were mixed up resulting in their dress sizes being reversed. Again when I asked about this mix up, the vendor accused me of giving them the wrong information, while the order forms clearly had the correct information written down. I was finally told that the vendor would send out for four new dresses to be made in the correct color as long as I would pay and additional 50% of the cost of each of the dresses (about $60 for each plus the original $120) and the dresses may or may not make it in time for my wedding. At this point, I called in my mother for back-up, told the vendor that I was NOT paying an additional amount for their mistake, and asked for my money back. My girls and I happily went to our local David's Bridal who were much nicer, professional, and helpful! I would never recommend this vendor again! Two stars because my dress was mostly undamaged.
