!! It’s should be a great birthday party but we were miserable begging food for our guests!!!!!!!!!!! Definitely don’t recommend!!!!! Worst worst worst!!

d at 7:30am there was no one there. Whatever staff did show up refused to let them in or even give them contact info to resolve the issue themselves. Finally when office staff arrived at 9:30am, they said they were not allowed in until 10:30am (our ceremony was at a church at 10am). They informed Peter that this was not possible because of the ceremony at 10 and that they had already been waiting in the parking lot for over two hours. Peter called me a LIAR for saying that set up was after 7:30 and proceeded to yell and act disrespectfully to our family trying to set up. Furthermore, he wouldn’t allow the venue to take the desserts we purchased unless we signed a liability form (which had never been mentioned). I’ve planned/set up multiple events over the years at much bigger and more renowned catering halls. I have never heard of this. We pushed through anyway and at the actual event the lights kept flickering, the food was never announced and tasted AWFUL. At one point we thought we needed an extra seat for a three-year old and the maitre’d VERY loudly said I’d have to go to the office and pay for another head before he can give me a chair. The money was not an issue to me, but these sorts of things are settled after the event is over not DURING. Most importantly, you do not want to pay for an event for the staff and managers to treat you with contempt and disrespect. It soured the entire day. I just want to warn others before they make the same mistakes I did.

ntil 2 weeks before our wedding. The lady Cindy and Michelle are two extremely rude, uneducated, unprofessional individuals. They never had any consideration of me being the bride, and spoke to me very nasty, and when my husband went to the venue in person to handle matters, they made him wait outside for over an hour. Like the saying goes, "you get what you pay for!" I will never recommend this venue, yes they are affordable, but they are very nasty and harass you with phone calls days before your wedding, because they are so unorganized they lose all information you give them in advance. One good thing i have to say is about the Maitre'D i did not get his name, but he was so nice and very considerate of my guest and bridal party. He accommodate everyone so the evening of my wedding was amazing, but the tears shed days before was not worth paying this venue at all. No venue or representatives of venues should treat their customers with rudeness and disrespect.

I attended an event here this past weekend where I witnessed ( just as a guest) someone who worked here telling guests to "hurry up and eat because he needed to remove the food" there was a woman who came into the event to very loudly yell at ( oh there is no exaggeration when I say yell) one of the organizers of the event in front of all their guests. When the hostess of the event tried to address it with a manager she was rushed to sign the credit card slip, he dismissed her and asked her to hurry up because another event needed to set up. I understand booking events back to back but an hour does not allow sufficient time for An event to clean up and set up another. Many people stayed to help in the chaos as the vendor made them feel less than and rushed. To top it all off after the screaming incident, I overheard two managers a very rude conversation where he said to the woman " wow you're two for two this week!!" This lead me to believe this kind of rude behavior is the norm at galloping hill caterers. The food was ehhh to say the least but I was so distracted by how incredibly and blatantly rude the management staff was that I didn't pay attention to the details. Your events at this level should be special, you should feel like no matter how many events are taking place at that very moment the service and attention to detail make you feel like you are the only event taking place. I am a bride to be and there were about 5 brides to be in this room and 4 expecting mothers....and 3 event planners that all attended this event! You will hear from NONE of us! And we will be sure to spread the word with clients and friends that you are unprofessional! And classless! Do yourself a favor! Do not deal with this venue!

of the customer service prior to booking the venue. Every time I called to inquire about something, I would be told different things by different people. Also be warned- they do NOT allow the use of a fog machine. I had imagined my first dance to look like we were "dancing on clouds" but come to find out, they didn't allow it for "fire safety" reasons. Either way, our night turned out great due to our INCREDIBLE maitre'd, Ray. He made sure everything flowed well. He constantly kept asking if we needed anything and he always had our food/drinks ready at our sweetheart table. From what I heard from other guests, he also made them all content. Thank you, Ray! Even though we didn't get to eat, we heard from all our guests that the food was excellent- very tasty! If we were to do it all over again, I would still choose this venue. The food is great, the venue is beautiful and the price is affordable! If you are on a budget and want a beautiful nice wedding, THIS is the venue to choose. I promise! Although there could be up to four parties going on at the same time, the sound is kept within your own room. There are also small rooms upstairs where you can spend time with your bridal party prior to entering the ballroom. The only other negative thing I would have to mention is that there is only one bathroom on the main floor (girls room has 3 stalls) but the good thing is that there was never a long line or wait.

owing him to speak (my husband ACTUALLY SAID can I ask you a question and he flat out said NO) that is no way to treat people who are spending money for your service. he was trying to over charge a price that was set in the contract already. With all the stress going on the last thing you need is a problem with your vendor... No location no matter how beautiful was worth the disrespect, the only reason we didn't find another location was because we were under contract and because all the invitations were already sent.

ch we never got. They promised us extra hot appetizers because of the date mix up - we never got. Every time I called there I had to re-introduce myself to them even though I was the bride. The venue was beautiful but it was a headache to deal with them!!!!

ability that doesnt compromise the quality of your event. And my wedding planner Antonio was such a sweetheart. Definitely try to book with Antonio (he is the nicest event planner there)

o good. Open bar is also a plus and they offer top shelf with no watered down drinks. Maitre D' was an angel.;The managers who set up your event for you can come off a little rough at first but don't let that scare you off. They really are nice and helpful and the day of event staff were all extremely plesant & accomdating to us & our guest.
