I have beem to many weddings and thought the cake was a waste of money...even though I love sweets! I wasn't even going to have a wedding cake until I bought one of Gwens cakes at a silent auction to support the "Special Olympics." I knew right... away that was the cake I wanted for my wedding...a Raspberry Truffle Torte! My fiance didn't even like raspberry but he loved this moist delicious chocolate esplosion with hint of raspberry filling covered in chocolate buttercream and ganache! The wedding cake was enjoyed by all... I had guest calling me at home after the wedding to ask me if I had any cake leftover they could have. However, be very specific about how you want it decorated and take pictures...gwen is a master at baking cakes but a little old fashioned at decorating them for my tase. But with the picture I took her and my speciific instructions on how I wanted it decorated ...it was perfect. I would have payed much more for that cake but to my surprise it was less than $2.00 a slice!!!!! I loved, loved, loved my cake and Gwen!
