Richard Kessler's radio advertisements can definitely get cheesy and bizarre at times, but he is not lying when he says he says he has the prettiest most sparkly diamonds and best customer service in the area. We used Kesslers Diamonds for my engagement right and our wedding rings. We first worked with Stacey, on my engagement ring, which was custom made. We had it made up and picked up during a special event they did one year, which gave an extended no interest on their store card. We never have had issues with needing to come in at certain times to have the ring clean or inspected. We went back to buy our wedding rings and at that point Stacey had left and we started working with Michelle. She was very helpful, especially with my wedding ring since my engagement ring is so unique. We were recommended to them by a friend who bought his wife's engagement there because he liked the service he received. After the wedding, we had to take my engagement ring in to be re sized and they had it done within a week and half, and that was over a holiday week. I definitely will go to them for any jewelry needs.

My husband went to Kessler's for my engagement ring and it is stunning. I went back for the wedding band to match and they just look gorgeous together. They have super service and such a great care plan!

My engagement ring and both our wedding bands were purchased through Kesslers. They have been very helpful with everything, and we both love our rings. Rhodium plating, engraving, soldering of engagement ring/wedding band, and jewelry cleaning are included for life on their jewelry. The only disappointment we've had is in the engraving of our wedding bands. The engraving on my husband's ring is in big, ugly block italicized letters and does look a bit "cheap". The engraving on my band is barely legible. We were not given any choice of font for engraving and not given a preview of what it would look like. Had we known, we more than likely would have paid to have the engraving done elsewhere. Other than that...we would recommend them!

Great jeweler! They created a custom wedding band for me to match an engagement ring we had purchased elsewhere. It turned out beautiful! Plus, now that the two rings are attached, they'll do the rhodium plating for both rings for free! My husband also bought his wedding band at Kesslers, and we love it. I'm not a big jewelery person, so they were really good about showing me ring options and even the comfort to try them on. They had a great selection! They were always great about cleaning my engagement ring when I was in there looking at wedding bands or when I re-sized both rings. And even popping in for a quick ring clean they offer you soda, coffee, water...it's amazing. I feel like we spent way more money than we did with did with how they treat you. And really, the warrantee, how much more can you say? Everything is covered for life! The only thing not covered is losing your ring completely (that's what insurance is for). You don't have to remember to go in every 6 months for a "check up" too like other stores do as a stipulation. Re-sizing is free for life too. If my husband grows out of his band, they'll replace it for free because it can't be re-sized. They're great about suggesting things to be done to the ring too in terms of cleaning, sizing suggestions, re-plating. You don't have to notice it and ask. They do it before you know it needs it. They have our business for life.

I wanted a wrap that would accent the solitaire that was left to me by my mother when she passed on. They had a larger selection than any other place I looked, and I looked at a lot. They treated me like the bride to be that I was and not some tramp from the street. Just because I came in wearing shorts and a sweatshirt since I went there straight from the gym, I was still a person. Other places refused to even acknowledge that I was there to look for a ring. My husband wanted a plain band and we found one, but just a few weeks before the wedding he changed his mind and wanted some sparkle. They graciously let us exchange the ring that had the diamonds he wanted. Oh, and when I got my rings back from soldering them together, they forgot to remove the little bar on the wrap... well, they sent it out priority and got it back ASAP. Very pleasant to deal with. My fiance chose Kesslers for their repair policy--I have a history of being rough on jewelry. Everyone we worked with was very kind, patient, and friendly. I never felt like I was a burden, and I felt welcome to take as long as I needed to look and decide at different bands. After struggling to find the perfect wedding band, the woman who was helping us found a perfect match to my engagement band. Kesslers didn't carry the matching band, but she was able to contact the company to get me a picture of what it would look like before I ordered. It took a few days to sort out, but it was definitely worth it.

We're from the Chicagoland area, and were visiting family- these guys were highly recommended- they've been around forever, though they don't have any Chicago locations, which would make ring cleaning/pickup, etc easier (staff said they were thinking about opening one in Chicagoland, but its been almost a year and we haven't seen one yet). Minus 1 star for being too far away :( We wanted an engagement ring that would also hold the wedding band inside (instead of a shadow band). The ring is kind of a split shank twist, and does in fact hold the band within itself. Purchased diamond from a family friend, but both mine and my husbands settings are from here. His is also unique, with a hammered center. Didn't see anything else that spoke to us, went with Kesslers and don't regret it one bit.

I am not the kind of person to go to a jeweler twice a year for the stupid checks that most jewelers have for their warranty. This made Kessler's Diamonds very appealing to me because they say that you never have to come and get it inspected inorder to keep the warranty from voiding itself. My husband and I went looking around and I found a ring that was in his price range and was so beautiful. It is an engagement ring that looks like it has two bands intertiwned with each other because the one band has little diamonds in it and the other one is a smooth metal but it is really only one band and then on the top is a large square diamond. At first I thought it was going to be too big because I am not used to wearing jewelry but it really is a nice size. I did test out their warranty program which I was a little disappointed about that I had to use it already because one of the little tiny diamonds fell out but they replaced it and I had it back in about a week. The ring really does appear to be two seperate rings and so we decided that I would just go with the one ring instead of getting a seperate wedding ring on top of the engagement ring. I went in to get my ring cleaned the Friday before the wedding and they cleaned it so it shined and then gave me a little bag so that the rings could be put inside it without scratching each other. I think I did not get this bag earlier because my ring was an engagement ring and not actually a wedding ring. The ring was cleaned and I was out the door in about 15-20 minutes. I would definately buy jewelry from them again especially because of the warranty that comes with the jewelry.

Our engagement ring was purchased here and it is of very good quality. Down side- they don't ever have specials or deals but the up side and definitely is better than having deals is if you lose the ring or "break" it they will replace it worry free. I had been on a bike with my fiance and had my ring in my wristlet because I was worried about loosing it. When we got home I unzipped my wristlet to get my keys out and it feel out. Never noticed it until about 15 minutes and our neighbor had drove over it with their truck :(...the diamond had cracked on one side (its a marquise cut) and they let me pick anyone out for the same value- no questions asked. Definitely recommend buying from Kesselers!

Kessler's is also worry free because if you ever loose that diamond it will be replace. There's no stipulations that your ring has to be brought in every year!

Never felt pushed into looking at anything that wasn't in our price range. When I took my rings back to be soldered together and recoated with rhodium, they said it would take a week. I told them I was hoping to pick it up before I left for vacation just 4 days later. It was done before I left! And it's all free of charge.

Before I even got engaged, I told my husband he needed to go to Kesslers to get my engagement ring. So one day we went ring shopping and it was such a fun experience. The sales person was knowledgeable and helped us without putting pressure on or trying to make us spend more money. They even let us walk around the store with the loose diamonds to see how they all looked in different lighting. What a difference! Their warranty policy is the best part. There's no expiration date for it and I never have to get my ring inspected to keep the warranty. Also every time I go in there, they clean my ring for no charge and before the wedding they sent it away to get rhodium plated so it looked BRAND new! I got my husbands ring there as well. Kesslers' customer service is phenomenal. Each time my husband and I went there, we were offered beverages and someone was there to help us right away. We were given a lot of advice on how to pick rings, how to match up an engagement ring with the wedding band, and the reps were very, very personable and took jokes very well. We found my favorite style ring for the best price considering the other options were Jared's, A&E Jewelers, and some place in The Fox River Mall. After our rings were ordered, they came in a week early (Bonus!!) and whenever I go there, I am offered a ring cleaning and it comes out looking brand new each time. I LOVE that I can get my ring cleaned any time I want, as often as I want, for no cost. YES!!

Their prices were better that almost anywhere else and they didn't try to lure us in with "a great sale price" Their men's wedding band selection was the largest we saw and they took the time to explain what all the different metals were. They were able to order my ring in platinum to match my engagement ring and even cleaned and inspected my ring for me. It was so nice and relaxing to go and pick out rings instead of having them be sold to us. Their product sells itself and they are merely there to help.
