at being said, I think couples should have the right to an informed decision.  The account management side was pretty abysmal after asking for details on an add on service we were interested in. We asked for clarification multiple times on the service to see if it would make sense for us and were simply sent an invoice in response each time. We told our account manager to please stop sending us bills and just answer our question as this was feeling pretty rude and the girl like started gaslighting us?? After escalating the issue and desperately trying to get a single answer, we did get our answer and an apology from a supervisor… but we also got a super weird/aggressive and defensive email from the account manager we were talking to originally as the supervisor forwarded our concerns to her.  So whatever- after weeks and weeks of this, we finally got our answer and bought the add on and my husband and I just tried to avoid the need to contact them until we met with our coordinator.  Our coordinator was so awesome to speak to. Super cut and dry, friendly, wide open, literally such a cool person, great communication. I wish I could give that side of things 5 stars simply because I really enjoyed her as a person but unfortunately she was late to everything. 5 minutes late to the vendor meeting, an hour and a half late to the rehearsal, and I’m not sure about the wedding because I was in the bridal suite.  I had print out photos of the welcome table and every decoration I had mocked up. They were sent to her via text, email, taped to the bottom of the individually packaged boxes, and in a binder. And yet, when my husband and I walked back up the aisle I realized the welcome table did not even have the dang book out for guests to sign. During photos my photographer and myself (the literal bride) had to corral people. All of these issues I was running around taking care of or coordinating cut into my husband and I’s precious few minutes of alone time before dinner. Once all of the post wedding glow wears off, I feel like a lot of newly wed couples are left feeling stuffed by low effort, abysmally priced vendors.

light many thoughts we did not originally have. She asked thoughtful questions to guide our decision making and this brought a great sense of peace. She is incredibly kind, compassionate, and thoughtful and I'm grateful to have had her on out wedding day. She made it clear that supporting us on the day of was her top priority and that was seen even in the weeks leading up to the wedding day. I greatly appreciated the in depth questionnaire that Leigh and Co has to ensure clear and purposeful expectations. I found their pricing reasonable and communication with them easy!
