ner, the food was honestly perfect. I do wish I would have communicated with Chef Bryan a little better as there were a few of our guests that missed out on some of the dinner options. We went with the buffet option - I was a bit nervous that it would take a long time for all of our guests to get through the buffet line, but Mellie Bellies brought multiple staff and got 130 guests throughout the line in less than half an hour. Our guests raved about how good the food was. Portion sizes were good, and they packaged up the leftovers for us to take home and enjoy after the wedding - not much was left as they advised us on the amounts well, but just enough to continue enjoying the delicious food. We will definitely consider Mellie Bellie's for future events and I would highly recommend them for wedding catering or any catering!

delicious soul food combinations! It's so hard to pick a favorite, but if it came down to it, I would say you MUST have the mac 'n cheese, chicken and waffles, and the cornbread.. yum! Besides the incredibly delicious food, Bryan and his team showed true professionalism throughout the entire evening serving our guests and working with our venue. During the planning stages before the wedding, Bryan communicated clearly, quickly, and in a professional manner at all times, putting my husband and I at ease.
