When I picked up my dress I questioned the mistake and she told me the amount on my receipt wasn't what it said and would not give me a refund. She was very rude and unprofessional!

Thank god I found One Special Evening. I knew about it from word of mouth, another very happy bride had used her to take in her wedding gown a few years ago. So I took my size 8 gown there to see what they could do for me. I was told the Bridal Garden - where I bought my dress - should have never sold me a gown that was so much larger than my actual size. When measured, it turns out I was a size 0 in the gown manufacturer's sizing. It took several fittings, but the ladies at One Special Evening did it! The gown was basically remade for me, cost far less than $500 to do it, and fit me like a glove! I can't thank these ladies enough, they really saved my wedding!
