iorities that I was looking for in a Venue and this was the only one that checked all my boxes. One of the major benefits was the convenience of having both the ceremony and reception in one location, which made the day so easy for us and our guests. The venue itself is gorgeous—the grounds were impeccably maintained, and every corner offered a picture-perfect backdrop. By having the Ceremony and Reception in one space we were able to spend more time with our guests and capturing photos. They have a White Chapel and an outdoor Ceremony area to choose from which is really nice in case there is bad weather or its too windy. We were also able to use our own Vendors aside from the bartending service. This was very important to me because I wanted to support family friends who have local family owned businesses. It was amazing to be able to incorporate people I loved and trusted into our day. Another really big priority was accessibility. The main venue areas were very handicap friendly for our elderly guests that had wheelchairs, walkers, and medical equipment. The main areas have paved walk ways, handicap parking, and handicap accessible restrooms. The only space that was not handicap accessible was the grooms' suite located upstairs, but this was not an issue for us. I really can’t begin to express how amazing the staff was and they truly made the planning process SO smooth. They have online tools to help you with table arrangements, measurements of the spaces, and were able to help answer every question I had leading up to the day of. Annah and Aliyah were professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure our wedding day was perfect. If you are looking for a venue that provides a gorgeous setting, vendor flexibility, a fantastic location, and an exceptional team, Please consider The Springs in Edmond! I am VERY picky and could not recommend it more highly!

t. While the chapel is beautiful, the outdoor space was perfect for photography and the reception area with the bridal suite was incredible. Everyone at the Springs was very receptive and were always willing to answer my questions when they arose. Everything was set up exactly how I wanted on the day of. I would highly recommend The Springs... not only because of the beautiful venue, but because of the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

l day. We asked at our 30 day prior meeting if our N/A bottles would need to be cleared with security the day of but was assured no. On our wedding day during the reception, I found out our bottles were confiscated for the 0.5% alcohol content of our labeled alcohol removed wine and champagne we had brought for our toasts. This was frustrating to say the least as when I asked these questions at our 30 day meeting, the clarification would’ve been nice. Communication regarding our free rental of lanterns was a bit scattered day of additionally, but overall the venue was a beautiful place for our ceremony and reception.

We honestly wouldn’t change a thing. The Springs exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re so grateful we chose this venue for one of the most important days of our lives. planning process can be overwhelming. Annah and Aliyah made this process so easy!! Once we booked they provided us a list or resources of vendors and companies they had trist r and worked with prior. They kept tabs on us the months leading up to the wedding asking if we needed anything or if there was anything they could do to help us dial everything in. The open communication for any questions or tips during rhe months of planning was also very helpful. There were many opportunities to come look again and they even offer time to bake engagement photos at the venue on a separate date if you wanted to. They even had a set up team the morning of our wedding that put all the tables and chairs in place as we had pictured. There was someone there the entire day making sure things were in order, bathrooms were clean, and we had everything we needed. They truly put in so much effort to make sure our day was amazing. 10/10 recommend this venue and its staff. Truly an amazing experience we will remember I forever. THANK YOU to The Springs and everyone that was involved in making our day so special.

Luckily, our family was familiar enough with sound systems to correct it. We also did not have a microphone for the officiant during the ceremony. The system is old and is not user friendly and staff is not trained on how to trouble shoot problems. Despite this I would still recommend The Springs.

pouring rain the morning of my wedding day but it cleared up by the afternoon. I wanted to have my ceremony outside still so The Springs cleared off as much water as they could so that the ceremony could take place where I wanted it too. Also, the outdoor ceremony area is stunning! It was so green and beautiful! I only bought one floral arrangement for the arch but that was it. Nature was too pretty to try to decorate even more. The Bridal suite was big enough for 6 bridesmaids and other girls which was something that was important to me. I didn’t want my girls to feel like they were on top of each other while getting ready so it was perfect! I would definitely recommend The Springs to any of my other friends when they plan to get married.

d was beyond horrible, not to mention she wore jeans and a hooded sweatshirt to a formal event. Aside from chastising all the guests and accusing everyone of being drunk, which she appeared to be herself, she took a cup out of the trash and made a drink for my niece and attempted to serve it to her. She was confrontational and rude and security refused to intervene. When she was confronted about her behavior, she became even more of a terror. She took forever clearing the alcohol….at 8:30 mind you…and then and drug out the cleaning process as what could only be considered a protest in response to being asked to leave. She stomped around like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum. I have never been more embarrassed about someone’s behavior and the fact that she is allowed to work in customer service is beyond abhorrent. I can’t believe that they would allow someone like this to represent their brand and I would hope that they would remove this person and their business from their contacts. I would also hope they make amends to Chaney and Trevor for this subhuman person attempting to put a black cloud on one of the most important days of their lives.
