6 Awesome Booty Workouts for Anyone Rocking a Fitted Wedding Dress

This workout, created by Cassey Ho of Blogilates, focuses on your backside, which means with a little dedication, you can achieve a gorgeous silhouette you won't want to stop staring at in the mirror. These moves (which you should do for one minute each) are meant to lift, tighten and tone your rear—so whether you're slipping into a fitted gown, prepping for a beach honeymoon or just looking to start a fun and effective wellness routine, you'll want to grab a mat and start moving.

1. Kneeling Attitude Lines (right and left)

  • From kneeling side plank position, lift and extend your top leg hip height and hold it out to the side. Rest your top hand on hip.
  • Exhale as you bend the knee of the extended leg back so the foot heads toward the booty, and then return to starting position keeping toes pointed.

2. Kneeling Attitude Lifts (right and left)

  • From kneeling side plank position, lift and extend top leg hip height and bend at the knee.
  • Exhale as you pulse the bent knee up slightly higher than hip height.

3. Mermaid Front Pulses (right and left)

  • From side lying position, bend bottom knee in and lift top leg to the front at hip height.
  • Exhale as you lift the leg kicking upward slightly higher than hip height.

4. Bridge Tweezers

  • Lie on the floor with feet hip width apart, then lift heels off the floor.
  • Exhale as you lift your hips from the floor into bridge position lightly tapping knees together at the top of the movement.

5. Single Legged Bridge Pulse (right and left)

  • Lie on the floor with feet hip width apart and extend one foot into the air.
  • Exhale as you lift your hips up into bridge position controlling the extended leg and keeping hips level.

6. Wide Bridge Open Presses

  • Lie on the floor with feet hip width apart, lift into bridge position
  • Exhale as you pulse knees out to the the side, keeping hips lifted in bridge position.
