w us standing at the front desk, my friend said hello twice and the woman scoffed and didn’t acknowledge her. Finally we were greeted with a rude “do you have an appointment” when she said yes and kindly explained other bridesmaids were running behind she was cut off and told “well you can only have 4 people”. The bride explained she gave all the info three weeks prior and was never told this. They awkwardly let us walk the floor while we waited for our group then when everyone arrived they set us up in the brides dress salon? Then realized it wasn’t a bride appointment but a bridesmaid, this right here clearly shows you their lack of willingness to make any effort toward our group as the clients as they didn’t even know the details of the appointment. The woman acted like she didn’t want to help or touch half of the bridesmaids who were trying on, specifically ones of color. It was atrocious!!!! Since we were so disappointed with the bridesmaid portion my friends decided to try on a few bride dresses. The woman would barely clip her; had zero patience and sent her out to show off the gowns with it falling off of her. When she was close to finding the one and it was also the dress her mother chose, the woman kicked her out of the fitting room and said “well you can’t try anymore on your time is up” and immediately started whisking away gowns leaving my friend in the dress alone in fitting and had to have her mom help her out of it. Absolutely despicable. I will warn everybody to stay FAR away from this place and leave a review on every platform I can. DO NOT give them your business.

I have anxiety so sometimes when people are “guiding me” it’s very overwhelming, but my consultant did a great job at making me feel very comfortable and she helped out just the right amount. When it was time to try on dresses she was great at allowing me to just sit and really look at myself without rushing me. When I finally found my dress, she was very patient with me. My family could not be with me, so I had to make lots of FaceTime calls and our consultant was very patient and did not rush at all. I had an amazing experience and the discounts/prices were the icing on the cake.

e very misleading!! Make sure to ASK and demand THEY tell you the price. I felt everyone that was "helping" me that day was rude as well. Definitely regret giving them my business and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

ng to ones on the rack that fit your style. You’re very on your own when it comes to looking for your dress which is stressful and made me wonder why the stylists didn’t help more? My stylist Janice was a sweet woman who did pull one dress for me after I had tried on around 10 that weren’t working. That ended up being the dress I purchased. Janice was helpful in helping me into each dress in the fitting room and helpful explaining my ordering options for the dress. Prices very fair! Unfortunately many of the dresses do seem outdated and don’t fit the style the website dresses present. Overall a decent experience but if you want your dresses pulled for you and you don’t want to go on a scavenger hunt this isn’t the place.

raveling an hour and a half to visit the salon. When we arrived we were ten minutes early, but had to wait 20 minutes until someone came took us back to look at dresses. I assumed they were just really busy that day and that's why we were left waiting but as I went back there was only one other Bride in the store. Some of the dresses were stained, the selection was very outdated and did not feel it was anything close to the website. When I was trying on dresses not once did my saleswoman ever tell me that the dress was beautiful or fit me well, in fact she told me in some dresses that I wouldn't get the full effect because the dress was too small on me, and that some of the sizes were not fitting me well making me feel very insecure. I was told to look at dresses in my size, which is fine but I was planning to order a dress and even if I tried on a dress that was too big, the dress was not clamped so I couldn't see what it would actually look like. I was not offered any veils to try on, I had to ask if they had any I could look at. The boutique was extremely warm and I was sweating during my entire appointment. I never once felt like a Bride during my time at Bridal Elegance. I was never asked questions about my wedding, I did not receive any compliments on any dress I had on the entire time I was there. Extremely disappointed as I looked forward to coming here and had heard lots of great things before going, but ended up being a terrible experience. If this had been my only bridal appointment OR my first bridal experience I probably would have left in tears.

He was measured at Bridal Elegance, and we also picked up/returned the rentals there. Each time we went, there were different ladies working, but everyone is so helpful and friendly! Thanks for making the wedding planning a little easier :)

ointment. It was ok at first. Then I decided to purchased the dress I wanted. They shipped it to me. Only to find out there was damage and hole in the dress. I called the Ottawa Manager( forgot her name but older woman) she basically told me that I don't have a choice. The dress can't be exchanged or refunded because I bought it discounted price. Heck! The discount wasn't even that much! She said she can only assist me with return or exchange if I bought the dress full price. Worst is she even blamed me with the damage of the dress. She said I was the one who tried it on last. Excuse me. How many people have tried this dress? And how long have it been in your store? Exactly!! That was really rude of her. I went on and called the front desk told them about my concern. She then back down a bit with full of two faced sarcasm. Not even an apology. Brides to be. You don't want to have this kind of experience. There's more places to go buy gowns aside from this place.
