Lissette and her team were so welcoming and helpful from start to finish. The custom screen with my name and wedding date and the champagne and snacks, really made it feel like such a personalized and luxury experience. The dress selection was also amazing and entirely unique. I’d recommend Brides by Lola Dre to anyone!

After connecting with the "assistant" and some other person to work with seamstress - made the appointment, made travel accommodations for my mother to come, only to have them cancel on me because the seam stress did not want to work with me and her workload would not align. I had been in contact for months with whoever is in charge of being the middle man of the seamstress and they had my wedding date. She never spoke of a timeline. Spoke with the owner who only continued to mock me with her talk track and said "she would love for me to step m foot in their door" to find a wedding dress. Extremely disappointing and flat out rude - isn't wedding dress shopping suppose to be the best time for the bride? Would never want to give this owner a dime of my wedding budget.

Brides by Lola Dre is such an incredible bridal store!! From the moment you walk in, you are treated like a princess. They offer warm smiles, charcuterie, macaroons, champagne and not to mention, an incredible selection of gowns that you can't find anywhere else. During my first appointment, Megan did a wonderful job selecting dresses based on what I sent her, and then pulling other dresses as I started to realize what I liked. She also did a great job asking questions that helped guide me in the right direction, all while making me feel beautiful and at ease during the whole try on process. They have an awesome video camera feature which lets you see the dress at all angles live, which is something I've never seen before. After my first appointment, I left liking a couple of dresses but didn't find "the one" so I went online to the designers website to see if there were others I may like more. I emailed Megan a dress that they didn't have in store and she was able to call the designer and get the dress shipped in from Israel so that I could try it on... The dress they shipped was straight from the runway of their 2023 collection. I am SO happy Megan was willing to go out of her way to ask because it ended up being my dress 🤗 overall, the entire experience at brides by Lola Dre was top notch. I went to four other stores (including designer stores in NYC) and I promise you Brides by Lola Dre was 10x better. The service, the ladies, the dresses, the store, and the care behind everything they do cannot be beat. Thank you brides by Lola dre!!
