tomizations. I was very happy with the results as well as the price for all the work. However, the wedding gown needed to be cleaned after because it was a floor sample. I was not warned in advance that the delicate silk fabric on the waistline should not be cleaned, and it was significantly damaged in the dry cleaning process. I was also not informed upon pick up that this had occurred, but had to find out for myself when I more closely inspected the dress at home. When I brought the dress back in, I was told by the manager they were not able to offer full or partial refunds (which I found hard to believe). It was only when I was asked to provide a business review did the head office reach out and actually try to rectify the situation. I only had about a week left before my wedding, so the regional manager (still in lieu of any refund) offered to sew a new belt on top of the existing one. I really didn’t have any options at that point so I agreed. What I was given on was a poorly tacked on polyester ribbon, that I had a family member actually resew. It got me through the wedding but the dry cleaning damage basically eliminated my plans to resell the dress, which is disappointing.
