They don't email, which is a little unusual for anything wedding related and we didn't have an actual contract all parties signed like our other wedding vendors (you just have an order form basically). Everything was over the phone or in person. Sam was AMAZING and so sweet. We don't live in Charlottesville and they let my mom pick up cake from the store to transport to us for a tasting. The day of the wedding, they delivered the cake in a very timely and professional manner. It looked even better than we thought it was going to and it tasted GREAT. I'm so glad we found Chandler's and I highly recommend them!
