My husband and I knew we wanted Dennis to be our wedding photographer the moment we met him. He was kind, professional, energetic, and gave great advice regarding our wedding day timeline and photos we should take. Prior to our wedding, we took engagement photos with Dennis. We had such a fun time traveling to different places and doing different poses outside. On our wedding day, we had Dennis for nine hours to take photos. He took a variety of photos the entire nine hours. Each time I look though our wedding photos, I feel as if I am reliving my wedding day. Even though the weather was overcast and rainy, we still were able to get fantastic pictures outside. I especially liked how we received our own flash drive of all the photos taken after our wedding. I highly recommend Dennis for anyone needing a photographer!

Dennis is incredible to work with. He did my brother and best friends wedding, so I knew what I was looking for when I was looking for a photographer! He was timely with responses, organized, accepted specific photos I wanted to have done and he was a blast to work with! You're laughing the whole time! Dennis was wonderful to work with. I first met Dennis at a bridal expo at the Hilton and feel in love with his photos. He was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Even better he had a lot of experience with doing destination weddings. We were in the process of planning a destination in Huntington Beach California. The goal was to find a photographer that not only could travel with us to California but also take part in our reception in Milwaukee Wisconsin. We found him to be a perfect fit for our wedding! Throughout the whole process Dennis was great to work with and everything went smoothly. Dennis is a fun, relaxed, and creative photographer. Dennis is a dream come true!!! We hired Dennis as our photographer for our wedding and engagement pictures. My husband and I chose the 10 hour wedding day package that included a second photographer (Chris - who was very funny!). Dennis is very creative and makes taking pictures actually entertaining! Many members of our wedding party commented on how much fun they had taking pictures outside in the snow (he had us running in a giant line, throwing snowballs, and other fun things)! After the wedding he quickly posted the photos to an online gallery so that our family and friends could view them as well. I was very impressed with his turn around time after the wedding! We met Dennis Felber at a wedding show and immediately fell in love with his photos. One photo in particular really struck me: it was a picture of the bride and groom taken from above, with her train spread out amongst the leaves. I remember thinking, "That is the kind of wedding photo I want!" Dennis is such a wonderful photographer. We felt really at ease working with him, and he made us laugh all through our engagement session. When we had our wedding photos done, I was stunned by their beauty. I never imagined them being so perfect. He was also great about getting all of the shots we wanted on the day of our wedding, but not being overly intrusive. I think I saw him once during the reception, yet he somehow had gotten over 200 AMAZING photos of the reception! It was nice not having someone who was constantly in our faces. I encourage EVERYONE to meet with Dennis and choose him! You will not find higher quality photos with any other photographer.

Dennis Felber was amazing to work with. I am a very anxious person and he made our whole day so comfortable and even managed those dreaded surprise moments your family brings the day of after all of your planning. With him and another photographer, we had so many photos to choose from and they really captured our whole day and all of our guests. He made us feel so special. Every meeting at his home was very comfortable and he never rushed us with our questions or with small talk conversation to learn about us. His work is very artistic and we walked away with so many canvas quality images that we don’t know what to put on our walls! We are so happy with the results and how special he made us feel. I definitely would choose to work with Dennis again.

I used Dennis for my wedding photographer in early September. He was wonderful to work with. We chose him because he can do both traditional family photos as well as new, different, and beautiful journalistic style photos, and we wanted both. He captured some beautiful moments, and is super easy to work with. Our reception was at the museum, and he went above and beyond to make the photo session interesting and easy. He went the day before to scope out perfect photo shots, and it showed in the results. They are awesome! He really captured the fun of the venue, as well as the day as a whole. Overall, we are very pleased with the outcome, and would definitely recommend!

Dennis was a joy to work with. Couldn't have asked for a better photographer. He was attentive, proactive, and the bottom line is his photos exceed high expectations. We had multiple unsolicited comments from wedding attendees on how hard he was working, how many photos he was taking, and what a great eye he had. Having a second photographer also helped. They worked together very well and got us many photos from different angles as well as double the pics of the reception part. All in all, couldn't be happier with Dennis. After I met with what seemed like hundreds of photographers at a wedding expo, Dennis Felber Photography was my last stop. The photographs Dennis took of our engagement and wedding day captured the story of a lifetime. He trekked around the college campus (where my husband and I met) for hours, playing with light, texture, and composition. He made the entire experience fun, from climbing up in a tree and throwing leaves on us to capturing photos of the us with the university band and cheerleaders on the fly as they just happened to be marching back to campus. On our wedding day, Dennis orchestrated all of our vendors and designed photographs that showcased everything that made our wedding special. We loved the mixture of classic and contemporary photographs. The products, such as a 12" x 12" coffee table book and many art prints, are very high quality and reflect the care and craftsmanship Dennis puts into all of his work. As an artist, I know that details matter, and Dennis always pays careful attention to craftsmanship and unique photographs that our friends and family still comment about. My husband and I were very pleased with the service Dennis offered us, and we wouldn't have trusted anyone else with creating works of art that captured priceless memories and emotions.

We planned our wedding in 2 short months. Dennis came highly recommended by our venue/caterer. I believe we were extremely fortunate that he was available on our wedding date; I also believe it was meant to be. We absolutely loved working with Dennis and enjoyed every minute we spent with him. Working with Dennis was a great experience for me and my wife. Dennis was very creative and the end results were great. We had two sessions with Dennis, an engagement session and the wedding. Dennis went to great lengths to work with us and our dog on our favorite hiking trail for our engagement session. He risked his cameras and sacrificed a wet shoe to get the perfect shot of my fiancé and me on a bridge over the river where I proposed. On our wedding day, Dennis did a great job working with our family members and guests taking great pictures in a quick an organized manner. Dennis provided us with our proofs within 2 weeks of our wedding. Our overall experience working with Dennis was great! We have many great pictures to remember our day!

Dennis is extremely professional and takes beautiful, creative photos. He has really good ideas and we absolutely love all of our engagement photos and wedding photos. Dennis was referred to us by a family friend who raved about him. I was so impressed with his photography from the start. He did our engagement photos and both my husband and I felt so comfortable with him. We did outdoor winter photos and they turned out amazing. Dennis was willing to do anything for us. He has such passion about photography and he could see the perfect opportunity to snap a photo. He was also able to put both of us at ease. Our wedding day is a bit of a blur but thanks to Dennis we have the entire day captured. I didn’t want a lot of staged photos and was interested in action shots. Dennis didn’t miss anything. Dennis captured things that we as the bride and groom didn’t get to see as well. Our cake fell over before our reception started and Dennis was the only one to get a photo of our cake before it crashed. We were so relived to share our special day with him. He got photos of everyone and all the details of our special day. He is also a lot of fun to work with! In the end the photos turned out amazing. He got great creative photos and truly captured our day. I would refer any bride to him with confidence!

We met Dennis at a wedding show but before we even talked with him his photographs had us convinced that he was the one we wanted for our wedding. His work really stands out as he seems to find those unique perspectives and has an ability to capture those special moments. He was very comfortable to work with and had more ideas for photos than we had time for. He definitely has a passion for what he does and it shows in his work. We had him scheduled to take photographs until 9:30pm but I saw him still taking photos at 10pm. He told me since the dance floor was full of people having fun he wanted to make sure he got some great dance shots. After we got back from our honeymoon and saw our wedding photos it was a mix of tears and laughter. So many great tender moments with my dad and I dancing as well as some truly hilarious photos of my friends out on the dance floor. When we got together to go talk about our wedding album and what was supposed to be a 45 minute meeting turned into 2 hours of great conversation! We talked about everything from favorite restaurants to favorite hiking trails in the US. Dennis truly has a talent for seeing and capturing amazing photographs. He is very much worth the cost and you will not only enjoy his company but have some fantastic photos of your wedding day! A definite recommendation!!

Dennis is an absolute master at his craft. He has an amazing eye for locations and new ideas come to him quickly. We hired Dennis for a wedding photographer and also took engagement photos with him. Both experiences with Dennis were amazing. He had us laughing and smiling the whole time and guided us through the best poses to ensure photos that we would enjoy. Dennis Felber was by far the best and most professional vendor we worked with for our wedding. From the very beginning he was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, get great shots, and work with us. Our engagement pictures and wedding pictures turned out amazingly, and we are not very photogenic people at all! We LOVE our photos. He was very good at getting great shots while being very unobtrusive during our wedding - I hardly even noticed he was there during the ceremony and reception! He also got our pictures to us very quickly after the engagement shoot and again after the wedding. You can tell he loves his job. Dennis may cost a little more than some other photographers, but we think it was well worth it. We are SO happy that we chose to have Dennis as our photographer.

Dennis was amazing as our wedding photographer! We received many compliments from our guests and Pastor about Dennis. Our Pastor referred to him as a "stealth" photographer and indeed he was! He captured many impromptu moments and was unobtrusive while doing so. He was professional, polite, efficient (making sure he photographed all of the group photos we wanted), and very creative in choosing angles, focus and interesting photo ops that we will treasure as works of art. Perhaps what sets Dennis apart is the way he makes you feel that this is more than a job for him. He goes the extra mile to create the most beautiful photographs and memories for you, and is willing to mop up rain puddles, climb up benches and, literally, run from place to place to achieve that goal. Dennis was absolutely fantastic! Very professional. He arrived on time, and worked his tail off. We had formal photos taken at the church, then a quick stop at our home for photos with our dog, then downtown for some photos and then finally to the reception, which was at a country club so more outside photos there. Dennis is very creative in his style, and will lay on the ground or stand on a rock to get the shot. I recommend Dennis without reservation! Fabulous.

We first met Dennis at the Wonderful World of Weddings show this past January. We still hadn’t booked a photographer and after browsing numerous amounts of photographer booths (most of which started to blend together), only one stood out and that was Dennis Felber. After looking at the photographs he had displayed and briefly speaking with him, we knew he was the right match for us! Dennis’s work speaks for itself. He has a very unique eye that captures beautiful moments that you don’t even realize are happening! He thinks outside the box and is willing to do anything to get a great shot (climb up a tree, lay down on the pavement, etc)! He made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera (which takes a little getting used to!) and gave great direction. He listened to our suggestions, yet surprised us with his own amazing ideas. He was very quick to respond to my emails, and we were able to view our photos within a week or 2 of him taking them! He also got us discs of all our files from the engagement session and the 500+ wedding photos within a day or so of me asking! We are both to thrilled with our wedding photographs. Photography was one of the most important details of the wedding to me, and he did not disappoint! Every penny was well spent on Dennis and his amazing talent. We can’t wait to see how our wedding album turns out!

We hired Dennis to photograph our July 2012 wedding after we met him. He was the first and only photographer we met with and after talking with him for 2 hours (which could have been 5 hours b/c we were having such great conversation) and looking at numerous albums we knew Dennis was the right one for the job:) The emotion of the day comes out in his work and he captures shots that are dynamic, interesting, and most of the time we didn't even know he was there. He made us feel so comfortable and was very calming even though it was a very hot day. You wouldn't have known it by Dennis's demeanor. It didn't affect him at all and he was a true pro. We are pleased with our pictures and are really looking forward to our album!

Our wedding day was almost 100 degrees, but Dennis still made it fun and got beautiful and creative photos for us! He is very fun to work with and easy to get along with!

My fiancee and I spent a lot of time researching and meeting with wedding photographers whose sample works seemed to blend together. When we met with Dennis Felber, however, it was clear that his work was of higher quality and creativity. He has a wonderful laid-back personality and takes great candid shots of people throughout the day. He (and his assistant Jeff) worked really well with our sometimes crazy wedding party members and had lots of ideas for outdoor photos. The night shots he took were amazing. Within a month, Dennis had posted a link with 500+ enhanced photos and he mailed us a CD and photo rights release. Throughout the process, Dennis has been great at communicating promptly via email. We can't wait to work with him to put together our album! The photography package we chose was a little over $4,000, which is pricey, but the work is outstanding.

Dennis was recommended to me from a family friend and we were definitly not disappointed with him! He has a great attitude and personality and makes you extremally comfortable during your entire wedding process. It rained on our wedding day and Dennis still managed to comfort me and figure out great ways to still take pictures outdoors and get us the exact type of pictures we wanted. He is very detailed, very professional and has great ideas for unique quality pictures. During the reception we barely knew he was there taking pictures because he has a good way of catching you in action with out noticing him making for awesome action shots. If you want an independent photographer who does things his own way and doesnt have to follow the rules of a larger contractor then Dennis Felber is a great option for your wedding. We didnt research many other options to compare prices so he seemed a bit pricey at first, but he was willing to negotiate and give us the best deal for what we wanted

Dennis is very creative! His work is amazing! Dennis is not a traditional photographer he brings in a lot of modern and creative shots.

We chose Dennis essentially by chance as we live in California but were getting married in Wisconsin. His photos online looked good so we just went for it. So so beyond happy that we did! He came out the day before the wedding to scope out our ceremony site (a lake house in west bend) and was extremely professional, creative, organized and awesome! We just got our photos back (less than 3 weeks since the wedding) and are thrilled! Every moment, emotion and significant part of our day was captured perfectly. He worked with us to customize a package that fit our budget and was very accommodating. Overall couldn't be happier!

Both my husband and I love photography, which makes us a very picky customer, and wanted to select a great photographer that would give us great pictures to last a lifetime. We chose Dennis from his artistic style photography. You can get the traditional wedding photos that everyone still wants, but his eye for the little details in your wedding makes him truly a great wedding photographer. We selected one of his best packages to have two photographers present to capture the wedding. They were both very pleasant to work with and had no problems planning all the details before the wedding, even when we had to plan the wedding from out-of-state. On the day of the wedding, they were both ready to capture the moments of everyone present. They got some beautiful pictures of the flowers, my dress, and all the bridal party as well as the parents and grandparents. During the ceremony, the got some gorgeous pictures of the church and us and were not noticed at all, which is very important during the ceremony. After the ceremony, we went throughout the town and picked out our favorite spots to get some great pictures. They captured the mood and the setting and the pictures are phenomenal! At the reception, they did an outstanding job of capturing all the aspects of the reception. They also got some great night time outdoor pictures of us! Overall, we are super happy with the pictures and having to work with them on our wedding day! There were no problems that occurred and the ease to work with Dennis and Jayne was worth every penny! We would recommend Dennis to everyone who wants breath taking pictures to last a lifetime of the memories of your wedding day!
