one of the head jewelers made me feel like it was my fault they fell out... that I was at home "plucking" out the smallest stones in my ring! Beautiful jewelry, but shoddy customer service.

custom-made it for me. The engagement and wedding rings were made and looked beautiful. We decided to change the center stone later on and that affected the entire design..the new stone just didn't fit in the setting right. They didn't say anything about it being our fault for changing the stone and instead they completely remade the ring. Again, looking beautiful. They went above and beyond when they didn't have to. They just wanted us to be happy. Even when we purchased the main stone, they asked our budget and didn't push us in any direction, compared to the store down the road. They gave us options of quality and size and based upon their help, we actually all agreed on the less expensive choice. My husband ordered his band their too (non-custom). Amazing quality, service, and selection. My husband got my wedding gift there too. I'll never go anywhere else. The chain stores have nothing on them...5 stars for an amazing family business.
