The reason for the four stars was because I expected a little more help with the design part by providing me with design ideas and helping me find venders that had what I was looking for. I do want to say that when you need her most she is there! I had special drinking glasses that I gave as favors and we were short 10 so she ran to Walmart and bought some more. Now that's over and above to make sure the wedding is prefect! Overall, I was very happy with her and would recommend her to other brides!
